Fatastic location, which holds not only great ocean/ harbor view but also can offer a good walking / jogging course along side with a river / ocean with a quiet neighborhood with very clean air, no fishy smell or diesel smells. Only 2km away from a local beaches with local beach foods and cafes. Also very near, 30 min walk, to the major shopping areas such as Beams and Isetans. Very kind staff.
May be a bit remote from rail way station if you prefer JR or subway transportation. But walking distance less 20mins or taxi, bus options.

The staff were so lovely and helpful. We arrived on motorbikes and everyone was trying to assist with luggage,and then after check in with parking. We booked this hotel for the view from the room and also for the fact we could walk to local restaurants. It is a business hotel but was a lovely walk along the river, and the room view really was fabulous. The room was clean and comfortable, although small, and the breakfast was good.
I was surprised there was a parking charge.

The room was big enough for 3 people and the view was great. The view from the top floor was awesome.
The beds were not very comfortable. The location was ok but not easily accessible by bus. The closest shopping area is about a 10 minute walk. Taxi was easiest to get to/from train station - not that expensive.

Staff were very accommodating and prompt. The service was exceptional. The staff was very helpful. The hotel seems old but it is very clean and well maintained. The view from the room is really good. They have a viewing deck, which shows 360° view of the city. Water pressure in the shower was good even on the 25th floor.
The internet connection wasn't good.

Staffs were very kind, room was quite clean, and the view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was okay.
Bed was a bit too hard and it woke me up due to the backache. The ventilation in the bathroom was not proper as I could see some molds. Alarm clock was set on at 7 am which I didn't ask.

The room was big and comfortable, and a gorgeous view of the Sea of Japan. The buffet breakfast was superb! The front desk was extremely helpful especially when we wanted to ship our luggage to the next destination and ordered a taxi for us to ensure that we get to the train station on time.

The views from the hotel were exceptional and a lovely treat! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We had a very very enjoyable stay and would choose it again the next time we’re in Niigata city!

Tallest building in town with great views.
The air conditioning on each floor is set, it was 25c on my floor, the aircon button/unit was a ruse. They provided a fan for me, and after taking off all the blankets to just a sheet, I was able to sleep.

Very scenic views. The sea and cityscape was beautiful. Sunset was wonderful. Breakfast was impressive. The observation deck was pleasing.
Volume on TV was too low. The bed was a little hard. I felt the hotel was too modern especially compared to recent visit to Kanazawa and Kyoto.

The breakfast buffet offers large selection. I especially like the Japanese breakfast. We were given a room facing the river and the view was breath taking. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We did not like to leave.
