A beautiful near new hotel with large modern rooms. The lobby was very stylish. Kind and considerate staff. Nice bathroom with plenty of free amenities if needed. A large king size bed, which is rare in Japan. Very close to the Numazu JR station (north side).

The only downside was the very hard bed. There seemed to be no top padding so you could feel the springs. Perhaps the hotel could purchase some comfort mattress toppers or have them available for an extra charge.

The room and washroom size is excellent. Very clean. The staff at reception is very helpful and courteous. One of them even helped me find the train connections and timetable. That was really great.

Only thing is that I (and a few of my colleagues) am a vegetarian , and so had extremely limited options at the breakfast buffet. The hotel may consider adding a few more types of breakfast cereals, flavoured yoghurt, fruits/whole fruits, cheese slices etc.

If you book early, this hotel is really value for money. The room are new and clean, with a view of Mount Fuji if the skies are clear. Comparing with the typical business hotel in Tokyo, their room are spacious and definitely worth the money spend. If you drive, the carpark is right next to the hotel and you only pay 1000 yen a day for the parking. It is near a JR station and you can easily take a train down to Atami for onsen or other place. Overall, it is a good place to make it as your base to all the places around Numazu.

If you hoping for good shopping around here, you can forget it. There are not much food choices, but if you can walk for about 5 to 10 mins to the other side across the train station, you will find better shopping and food options. It is a very quiet place, but I think with a train ride down to Atami, you can get more options for food and scenery.

Our only complaint is that there weren't enough laundry facilities. There were only 3 machines that were washers and dryers. So when someone started their washing that machine would be in use for at least two hours.

The hotel is likley for businessman.. It's surrounding hard to find restaurants for kids during dinner time because the restaurant does serve alcohol which does not allow kids to enter.

I liked the room and place was neer the subway / restaurant/ night and day shop ,... The staff was very Nice. Hôtel is calm at night .

The cleaning is not always good the let the cup of coffee or they don't clean somes places in the room . We need to ask coffee every day is not automatically.

Seems to be a more rural area, not much activities to do there at night, seems the way for most parts of Japan. Anyways, its not the hotels problem.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and good size. Staff is very nice and helpful. Loved the coffee drip that you could bring to your room to make real coffee.

Just behind Nemazu Station, easy hotel to explore area from and take the train. We got a room with Fuji-san view which was nice. Big step up from regular business hotel. Room was clean and modern for Japanese hotel rooms, the bath was also fairly large.

Location was good. Didn't eat the breakfast there but everything was very clean. Room was small but cozy. Bathroom was a decent size. Environmental controls worked perfect. Staff was polite.
