Very clean, really really nice staff and the hotel is lovely decorated. The small service room where you can eat and drink free tea/coffee as well as the free parking space are also really nice to have. The room is big enough for three people. And the amenities are also helpful.

The futon was a little bit thinner than expected. So it was a little hard to sleep on. But that is something that you just can't help. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless. If you have trouble sleeping on hard surfaces you should definitely choose the be option when booking your room.

It's hard to pick one. I loved the way I looked out the window and I saw a shrine in front of me, brought me peace, along with the sound of cicadas. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I have travelled to more than 30 countries already and never experienced something like this before. After a week I felt I'm part of the Sazanka family. My room was perfect, the bed was so comfy it was hard to wake up in the morning! I also rented a car for 4 days, it had a very reasonable price.

I don't know what it is in Japan, but in hotels there are absolutely no space to put my clothes, so this is not exclusively this hotel, it's a country thing. Also the location was a bit far off from basically everything, but if you rent a car, there's no problem.

The hotel and the owners are very nice. The hotel is simple but clean and comfortable. It is not really in the center of the city but convenient to go anywhere. There is a super market next door to the hotel which is really good.

Bathroom is a little small. I had difficulty finding the property based on the address in Google Maps.

perfect location for those who want to go from north to south, family and comfortable atmosphere, large room, laundry room (with washer, dryer and iron), cafeteria with beverage machine (free coffee, tea and water available) , microwave and area reserved for smokers, parking next door!!! The entire hotel was extremely clean and organized, large and comfortable bed!!!

Japanese style room with tatame and futon. clean, cozy and comfortable. very attentive and friendly family business. they allowed me to check in early and hold my bags after check out. they have a lounge room with a desk if you need to do some work. close to all buses and walking distance to heart of town. would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The room is big enough for 2 people. There is also a common area with free coffee and soup. The view in front of the hotel is very stunning (walk to the park).

The service room is really nice and I enjoyed being able to reheat food or make tea at any time there. The washing machine was also easy to use even with little Japanese knowledge. I was excited to sleep on tatami for the first time and it was very clean and pretty.

I did not like that the smoking area was in the service room. If someone was recently smoking you can smell it from the hall, and it made it hard to heat food without feeling ill.

It was convenient to family we were visiting so the location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating...Will stay at the property again when visiting Okinawa in the future.
