Everything was great. The bed and duvet was comfortable. The curtain was proper light-filtering curtain, so it filtered out light very well. If you could not easily fall into sleep or could be woken up by lights, you will have a good night sleep there. Very good sound proofing of the room. I hardly heard any noise during my whole stay, even during the morning when the housekeeping started cleaning rooms. (One of the days, I stayed in the room till noon to go out.) The breakfast was very delicious and of good value. You can choose to eat in their restaurant or have it sent to your room. The sandwich breakfast would be best to enjoy in their restaurant as the bread was toasted and it would crust. If have it delivered to room and not enjoyed right away, it would get a little soggy. The staffs were nice and very helpful. I needed to print a document during the stay. It was possible with a very reasonable charge. The room was very good value for money.

the washing basin was not in the bathroom, but outside. I felt this arrangement was weird when I saw the picture at first before booking. But then when I was there, I felt ok with it. It's better than having a very cramped bathroom after all.

We had a massive room and we loved the built in sofa/day bed. So convenient when you just want to rest when you get back and not go straight to bed. They give new towels every day which is a plus, the sauna was nice and so was the facilities. I think this was the only hotel we’ve stayed on this trip where we didn’t queue for the laundry machine.

The location was really good it’s a 2 minute walk from the Hosuisusukino station(Toho Line) but the area was a bit dark, it’s hard to navigate at night when you’re not familiar with the streets. Also the light in the room were too dark, even the sink and mirror light. Could just be the design but it was not functional.

The hotel is a newly built one; everything was neat and clean. Casual but friendly staff welcomed me. What was so great about this place was that every complimentary services imaginable were thrown in the package. One may not expect much from a mid-priced business hotel, but the place was complete with free sauna and free late-night snack (hot pork soup), and even free ice cream! People seemed to love them and I of course utilized them almost every night. The place is ideal both for business or leisure travelers. Tasty breakfast was available for ¥1,100.

I really have little to complain, but sometimes I could faintly hear noises coming from a neighboring room.

The check-in process was straightforward and the front desk staff spoke excellent English. I was staying here as the tail-end of a cycling tour. The hotel is fairly modern and feels like a typical business hotel that was retrofitted with boutique finishes (e.g. wood interiors). The breakfast was exceedingly good and it was some of the best coffee I’ve had in Japan.

There was not a place to put my bicycle and they wouldn’t allow me to bring it inside. They suggested I lock it up against a pole outside. I did and it was fine but ideally there would be a safer location but I understand limited space and not wanting to cause damage to the room.

I like the interior design of the hotel. It's very modern and functional. Great for a short stay. The hotel is well secured as you need access to go up to the room. The staff was very helpful explaining all the regulations. It took a long while to check in but we respect the rules we must follow. They have a sauna room but we stayed very short and didn't have the chance to try. But it's a good add on to the facility. I really appreciate the staff who were helping us to retreat our phone back from the taxi. Luckily we ordered a taxi from the hotel so they could help us phone the taxi company. There is no phone to call reception from the room in case you need anything. They have one by the elevator but it didn't seem to work.

The location was not the best as it is located at the end of the city center. But it's not that far to walk to the center pole town and surroundings. It would only take 10-15 minutes to walk. It was just a pain cause it was raining and it was very cold to walk, so walking was a very tough decision to make. But because of the location, we had a good rest as there is less noise pollution and the people who stayed there kept to themselves and were very respectful and quiet.

The room is clean, everything looks tidy. The space is enough for single tourist like me, you are able to open up your suitcase. It’s located in a very quiet community, but very easy to go to the nearest Toho train station and able to access the tourist spot like Susukino and Tanuki Koji. The soup served every night is totally a plus! Unlimited refill and delicious, used the local ingredients like potatoes, carrots, onions and sliced pork belly. The staff are very helpful, I found out I left my belt in the hotel after I checked out, so I contacted the hotel immediately and they have found it for me, really appreciated.

The light in the room maybe a little bit dark, I have turn it to the maximum and it’s still not bright enough. When you come to the hotel in winter, you need to drag your suitcase though a road covered in snow and ice, so it might be a little bit inconvenient.

Reception staff were really helpful even though we're communicating through google Translate. They tried their best to help me with my queries. I opted for my breakfast to be delivered and was instructed to check it outside my door the next morning. I appreciate it that way as I don't want to be woken up by a knock. The breakfast was put into a basket and my coffee into a flask to ensure that it's still warm when I drank it.

The location of the hotel is good near to subway and Suskino station about 10 minute walk. If you walk another side river bank is also very close 5 minute walk and its beautiful. You can see my outside photo for reference.

The room which i lived had no view. When i was opening my room i could just see the wall of opposite building. But some how it helped me to concentrate on my work 😅

Spacious rooms, excellent excellent mattress hardness and size. There wasn't a bath but there's a sauna (didn't utilize it), and a cafe at the lobby that could pull espresso shots. Paid parking is 2000 a night (multiple entries and exits possible). The hotel also offered a late night tonjiru which was nice.

The location is not the most central if you're intending to shop around the main shopping street but it is a lovely walk along the river to get there.

- Very Clean Hotel - Nice staff even though they didn't speak English to me but I got by with the instruction pamphlet I got when I checked in - Comfortable - Free slippers and also using the free pyjamas provided - Nice TV in the room - Close by to Susukino area and connivence store (Lawson) - Self check out - Kettle - Able to accomodate me during the late night hours as my flight came in late into Sapporo - Fast wifi

- Check out at 10am. It would be nice if it was at 11am or even 12pm. - Couldn't store my suitcase after check out. - On google, it's confusing as there is 2 similar properties with the same name that give out a different address in Susukino. The address on Booking.com is wrong and it's the other Susukino location. I was told by the staff that it was a different Susukino location and the address is wrong. Had to manually figure out myself and the other Susukino didn't help me and told me or show me a map where the other Susukino location. He didn't speak English at the other susukino location. Which is fine, but at least have a map. - How I needed to wash my hands in the entrance way where the sink is. No sink in the toilet/shower area
