Everything about this hotel is amazing 1) Great location to subway exit 4 just outside of hotel door and Susukino area with all the restaurants and bars and ramen street just 1 min walk 2) Great onsen on the roof top. Used it often. 3) Clean robes/pijamas. 4) Great comfy beds we didn't want to wake up 5) Very comfy pillows 6) Beds had extra storage space under them. 7) TV could connect to Netflix 8) Easy chexk in and check out process.

The only disappointment was quality of attention and English language speaking from the reception/check in staff. I noticed that in many hotels after 2 year Covid staff spoke very bad English or no English at all and were not helpful at all with requests like call the restaurant to make a booking and such.

Loved this hotel! The decor was nice, the outdoor onsen was amazing, and the location was so convenient!! There's a subway stop steps away and it's super close to the nightlife district of Susukino, boasting plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was great, however, we did notice some old gum like (or glue like??) stain being stuck in the pajamas that were provided. Maybe it didnt come out in the wash and came unnoticed. However they do change the pjamas every day upon cleaning. The pair that we got the next day was clean and fresh, so I'm guessing it was a once off and just a simple oversight by the cleaning staff.

Hotel was located just outside the subway, so it was very easy and convenient to get around for sightseeing and for shopping. Plenty of food choices around in the area too. Very vibrant nightlife. They have a public bath on hotel grounds too.

Parking - we drove there. Hotel staff could perhaps have indicated more clearly that there was actually a parking space in the compound which was fully occupied on the day that we went, instead of directly pointing us to the affiliated carpark. This was rectified by another staff only when we asked a second time upon our confusion on the cost and discount at the affiliated carpark - he had helped us with the reservation of the carpark in the hotel itself for the following days. Their affiliated carpark was a short distance away (not the one beside the hotel).

This was a lovely stay with friendly staff, situated close to the Tanukikoji Shopping St, Sapporo TV Tower, Nijo Fish Market, etc. We really liked the public baths that were available - having the option of an indoor or outdoor onsen was amazing. Highly recommend staying here, it was definitely worth the price.

The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, which is fine, except it would be nice if the complimentary water could be automatically provided each day.

The room was beautiful and refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff that checked me in were able to speak English when I didn’t understand parts of the checkin process in Japanese. The shower pressure was great and the soaps had a beautiful orange fragrance. I didn’t partake in the dining, but I wish I did. They had so many different types of Suntory whiskeys I’ve been meaning to try. Check out was super smooth and self-service.

Lovely spa/rooftop onsen. Great location steps from subway. Clean and new facilities.

Lobby bar and check in are together in one small lobby area, when busy the limited number of staff are balancing between checking people in and serving bar/coffee patrons. Despite having self check in, it was a long wait for both bar service and check in. The rooms are relatively small for the newness and cost of hotel.

Excellent location. Very close to Susukino bars and restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean and there was a superb shower. Very nice rooftop bath.

Breakfast was good but nothing special and the ambience of the restaurant wasn't the best.

The room is big enough for 2 people. Can put small bags under the bed. Enough room for prayer mat ( for muslim). Subway is only about 20steps away-1 min walk. Easy walk from hotel to main Susukino street to see the Ice festival. Excellent breakfast spread.

So new and lovely… everything is so intuitive and I didn’t feel a communication barrier. It’s a very comfortable and smartly laid out hotel, and the gym and the public bath make it so worth it!

The spa was extremely busy due to high occupancy and had not been cleaned thoroughly, hair in water and wasn’t clean however I may have come before the spa gets cleaned
