The hotel is very close to a subway exit, which makes it easy to get to, even in the dead of winter with lots of snow. The staff is friendly and cordial, helping whenever needed. The breakfast buffet on the ground floor is one of the better ones we have tried in Japan and has a rotating menu each day. The room was spacious and had a beautiful, modern and sleek design sense. Lots of space for luggage and even a little couch and table to get some work done. There was also an in-room Nespresso machine and there was a vending machine on one of the lower floors.

The location is near the train station and Airport bus stop. I like the buffet breakfast. I also like that they are proactive, they provided sleeping robes, etc. for my child, and I do not have to request them for it.

Because of the restaurant's seating capacity, there's a feeling to eat as quickly as possible. While staying in the lounge I can smell cigarette smoke because the smoking room is near the area and probably it has a poor exhaust fan.

It was a wonderful surprise to have such a large room and bath. We are normally used to smaller hotel rooms and baths when visiting Japan. Maybe being in Sapporo things are different than Tokyo and Osaka.?

We did not have an opportunity to visit the in-house Onsen as we were busy being tourists on our 3 day visit. Heard good things about it from other guests.

The room is quite spacious by Japan standards and very clean. Good size bath with separate shower in a room that is separate from the toilet. Vending machines, microwave and ice machine available 24hrs. Good location.

The fact that the public baths are not tattoo friendly and the elevator that always stops at reception regardless of whether you asked it to or not.

Very good location - just one train stop away from city centre but very much within walking distance (~5 mins). Many convenience stores right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly, room was spacious and clean.

Great Check-in, clean rooms with great amenities for the night we spent in Sapporo

Some rooms not available at 4pm. No bar and they wanted us super quiet while sitting on the chairs in the lobby. Breakfast starts early but not early enough for our flight.

Typical JAL City hotel everything in order tidy nice and staff friendly and helpfull. Nice Room breakfast was reasonable location is super easy to find from JR Station. Close to park and restaurants

Good location, good spa and friendly staff.

There was a guest got into lady public spa with swimming suite and cellphone. It's better if the hotel will explain how to use public spa when guest check in as some may not know the rules.

Nice comfortable feeling hotel, nice layout with lounge facilities.

Cleanliness was an issue. The public bath wasn’t very clean, hair and dust in the baths. Rooms were tho nicely laid out, also not the cleanest

It’s clean, the breakfast is excellent and the staffs are really helpful.

The hotel has an onsen but the changing room for the females is a bit small. It really gets crowded when there are so many guest taking bath at the same time.
