Room is spacious, furniture is old but it didn't bother us, we are there to sleep only, out most of the time. Great location, Lawson at the hotel. Near to nakajima koen station. From ibis, can walk to Sapporo station (30mins) walk, along the way, many things to see, food to eat, pass by susikino and odori stations. Fr susikino, there is an underground walkway to Sapporo station. If it's too warm or cold depending on the season you are there, use the underground walkway. Very friendly receptionist esp Ms Lu Chin Chun, she helped us with sorting out the forms for luggage sending to another hotel, really appreciate her help.

The laundry room could have been bigger and inside the machines need cleaning...lots of dust

The location was great, very close to public transport and places to eat. The beds were comfy and the view from our room was awesome. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. And having a Lawson attached to the lobby was very helpful for days when we just didn't have it in us to go out anymore.

We all had some minor health issues while staying (stuffed-up noses, itchy eyes, coughing) and we suspect that it might be a mold issue due to the lack of ventilation in the bathrooms (which remain very humid after showers). Some research indicates that this is a pretty widespread issue in Japan so it doesn't appear to be unique to this hotel, but it is worth mentioning.

First of all, the room is massive. Big sitting area Gym is pretty good for a budget property Staff were incredible helpful both at the front desk and especially in the breakfast room Location is amazing. Bus stop to airport is one minute across the street and an easy 10 minutes by subway from Kyoto station Lawson convenience store in the building was super convenient. Highly recommend 138 yen chocolate croissants if you don't feel like the buffet breakfast Cleaning staff were lovely but please get them a proper cart. The little things they are given are more like mini trollers for quick trips to the supermarket. They cannot be expected to do their best job with those pieces of crap. Great hotel and super value for money.

We realized when we are already in the airport that our passports were left in the hotel. We were sure that if we travel back to the hotel we can't make it to our flight but when we called the hotel receptionist, they told us that they have sent us an email that the hotel manager Mr. Morita is already on the way to send our passports to the airport, he took the fastest train and does NOT want to accept the token of appreciation we want to give. Salute to you and your staff, we will never forget you and your staff help. We really appreciate your effort. Thank you so much.

I like the central location to so many good food and places of interest. Definitely recommend and will stay in this hotel again. Near to the underground train station. Lawson Convenience store is just downstairs at the lobby and wide range of food stuff. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Five star.

I did not like the fact that we had to pay for the carpark even though we are the guest at the hotel. This is one thing I think is not logical for a hotel stay such as yours. I paid quite a big sum having to stay for 7 nights.

By Japan standard, the room is big and spacious enough to open your big luggages. Very good sound proof, well equipped with nearly everything you need except a safe. Breakfast is good with many healthy choices, both western and Japanese styles. Though everyday is the same, I still enjoyed it for 7 consecutive days. Conveniently located just 2 minutes walk from Nakajima Park exit 1 with lift provided, good for traveller's with heavy luggages. Lawson convenient store just located on the ground floor inside the hotel and Seico across the street. Can go to Susukino on foot in 8 minutes but may take longer time on snowy weather. Will stay there again next time.

pillow too thin and soft, panelling behind the bed worn out, need renovation

Location is ideal as it's in a relatively quiet place near Nakajima-koen station but near enough to Susukino which is a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Love having a Lawson store downstairs - it even had a post box so I just mailed my ETC card and pocket wifi there. There is also an ATM and money changing machine for everyone's convenience. Restaurants and car rental shops are within walking distance. Our room is also spacious for Japanese standards. Four of us in the family room was cozy but not crowded. Do visit Nakajima Park nearby. It's very serene and ideal for a morning walk.

The breakfast could be better but honestly, there are many choices outside the hotel. The toiletries are okay but hope they will provide more than 4 bath towels as the towels are kind of thin. Love the robe they provide for sleeping.

The location is fantastic and the staff are so friendly. I especially thought the employees on the restaurant floor were incredibly pleasant. The hotel has a direct door onto a Lawson convenience store, but it also resides on a street that is PACKED with other konbinis, shops, and restaurants. The hotel is a quick walk to Nakijima park, which is already a very pleasant stroll by itself. However, my family and I were incredibly lucky to have been staying during the time of a food festival that was going on for 3 days from 11am to 9pm. It was an amazing experience to go through all the stalls enjoying street food and playing games!

It gets crowded at times, but that's at no fault of the hotel. If anything, I'm glad there is high interest.

The staff, location, room, we liked them all. Especially at check out. I would like to compliment Mr Takayuki Obata, Ms Liu Chih Chun and Mr C. Chen for the service with a heart and lots of smiles. Check out experience was jovial and full of laughter because of their easy going manner. They assisted to forward our luggage to Tokyo and kept the other one for us. When we couldn't write the address in Japanese, Ms Liu even help us wrote it down, which we appreciated very much. For the price we paid, we were pleasantly surprised to find the room clean, spacious, bed comfortable, staff nice, courteous and helpful with happy manner. Ticked almost all points for list of being hotels we like. Our room was at 15th floor facing the Nakajima Koen Garden. Location was less than 5 minute walk to Nakajima Koen subway station, a bit longer to Susukino station. The hotel is in between these two stations, in a straight road. 2 stops from Susukino (3 from Nakajima Koen) to Sapporo train station. It was the best value in term of price, service by the staff and location. So we are returning again next week for the last leg of our travel.

This was my third stay since 2017 and the location is the reason I return to this hotel. It’s just 5 minutes from the Nakajima koen subway station and walking distance to Susukino (15 minutes at a leisurely pace). The staff is also outstanding- efficient, professional, and helpful. There were a few English speaking staff available. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety of some American but mostly Japanese dishes. All of it was nicely presented, tasty, and the staff is always refilling and cleaning. The rooms are quite spacious as compared to the average Japanese hotel room which is a great plus. The hotel is looking a little dated but it’s clean and not smoky.

I was very satisfied and had no complaints. Be mindful that this is not a luxury hotel. Nevertheless, it’s clean, comfortable, staff is awesome, and the location is convenient.
