Onsen was very nice, comfy beds, good location, quiet

We missed breakfast as had to leave before opened (we had prepaid for breakfast)...Would have been nice to have some sort of breakfast available from 5:30am even if was limited selection like toast and coffee. No instant coffee in room (only tea/green tea)

Staff were very kind despite my poor Japanese and the check-in was very smooth. The room was very spacious, with a great bathroom, amazing view of the city, and a comfortable bed. Convenient facilities spread across the guest floors, such as vending machines. USB charger by the bed was very nice.

Pillows on the bed were quite stiff, and only given a singular pillow. Plug sockets did not have a ground plug, which meant I couldn't use my travel adapters, and there were very few in the room. I don't think there were any facilities for heating up meals in the guest rooms or on the guest floors.

Big room, soft bed, large TV. Everything you could ask for. And 21st floor with gorgeous view as well. Location is amazing and anything you could possibly need is within 15 minutes walking distance. Also because it's the tallest building around, it's easy to spot. The public baths were also nice.

This might just be me, but after day 2 I had trouble sleeping because the air was so dry and I had to constantly drink and control my swallow reflex. I wish the AC wouldn't default to on every time you take out the key card. Also bathroom floor had dirty shoeprints from street shoes. Could be from the guests immediately before us.

The staff were lovely and the location was excellent being so close to Nakajima Koen train station and Japanese gardens. The bathroom was great, with a range of toiletries and large bath. The breakfast buffet was very extensive.

The 3 of us found the mattresses hard. The air conditioning only went down to 20 degrees and it was quite hot in Sapporo so we would've appreciated 18 degrees to sleep more comfortably. I couldn't turn off the tiny light on my bedhead, so i had to cover it with a propped up pillow each night. We didn't have a wardrobe, only a rod on the wall to hang clothes....difficult as we were in Sapporo for a wedding so we needed a lot more hanging space. The room was small for 3 adults and 3 large suitcases, so it was a tight squeeze. We would've appreciated an upgraded room with more space, like our son had, as we stayed for 17 nights.

Location - hotel is not too far from Susukino, near a subway station. Facilities - hotel has an onsen. Nice to be able to take a hot bath after a long day of walking. Room - size of room is comfortable, larger than some other rooms. However, toilet is not luxurious.

It’s on the quieter side of the Sapporo, so nothing much to do there at night

Excellent breakfast buffet with relaxing Onsen facilities, better than some of the expensive Ryokan in Noboribetsu and Jozankei! Very helpful staff to help us check in earlier as a family member has mobility difficulties and the staff was very accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Sapporo.

Difficult to hail a taxi and even though shuttle to airport is only 3 blocks away, with sidewalks not fully cleared due to snow and family with mobility issues or young children walking there this is quite a challenge.

It was nice to be close to the big park. We enjoyed the onsen after long walks in snowy Sapporo, especially the very big dry sauna.

The style of the hotel and rooms is a bit too traditional and could be modernized a bit. Similarly, the onsen doesn't feel very cosy. Its color palette and general design feels like being inside a tomb and even the external bath had just a big concrete space around it where maybe at least some plants could be placed instead.

The spa on the 3rd floor is very well maintained. It is quite a big place with a jaccuzzi, hot and cold pool and a sauna. Hotel guests enter with their card key, with proper lockers and a big vanity room. Very relaxing mood when you are in there. The room is spacious, clean and a good view of the city line overlooking a frozen river. Restaurants and shops along the streets are just minutes walk away.

Parking. Not as convenient as one would have thought for a good hotel, parking lots are limited.

This hotel was wonderful and we would stay here again! The room was larger than most. The gym and common work area were so nice, and conveniently close to the laundry area. The breakfast was exceptional. There were three different breakfast restaurants to choose from! Amazing. We stayed for 3 weeks. It was perfect. Thank you to all the staff!

the room is quite large and the bed is comfy. Have a nice view from 21th floor. the Onsen is large with sauna. the breakfast is excellent and have 3 choices of restaurant, The staff is friendly and helpful.

None except it is not located near Sapporo train station or Susukino area but close to subway sration
