- Location very close to Sapporo JR station. Exit from west gate then head to north exit. Hotel within 3-5mins walk. Manageable even with luggage. - Friendly staff, able to communicate with English. Cleaning staff was attentive to details - they placed our toothbrushes in a nice and tidy way. - Nice public bath. Although only one available, it was big. Can easily fit in 10 people without feeling crowded. Long opening hours. A pity no sauna available. - Free toiletries available in lobby. - Free drinks (coffee, tea, water) till late. Free bottled daily provided daily (one per person). - 5 coin laundry machines available. - Outstanding room design. Even though my room was only 23m2, it didn't feel crowded with 3 adults and 3 suitcases. - Hotel was clean. - Swift check in and check out. - A few restaurants nearby, street was relatively quiet (yet safe). But once you head to the other side of the JR station (within 5mins walk), it was lively.

Nothing much, would be bonus if soft drinks could be provided as well. Might have to check to the hotel beforehand if intended to store luggage after check out.

Reasonable location 10mins walk from Sapporo Central on the North Side - A little far out of the City Centre, (45mins walk) but easily reached by metro or taxi. Hotel is brand new, so as you would expect, very clean and fresh. Whilst rooms are not big by European standards, they are very well laid out and I have stayed in a couple of variations of them and they are all very practical. There is high stack parking at the rear of the hotel, though it can take some time to recover your car during busy times.

I loved this hotel! Location is perfect - very close to Sapporo Station, restaurants nearby and convenience store across the road. Our room on the 13th floor had a lovely view over Hokkaido University and the city. The room was very comofortable and new, with lovely furnishings, data ports etc The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are clean, the hotel is well located. Short walk to trains. The breakfast selection is ample. We loved the raclette station. We stayed for two nights with our kids 12 & 15yo (they stayed in separate room). Definitely will come back if in Sapporo again.

The lobby area. There are a lot of luggage hanging around because people are waiting to either check in or leave for the airport. 2 sofas and no where else to sit. The breakfast area is closed.

Clean, spacious twin bed room with sufficient table, floor space. Comfortable bed and power socket points near bed, on table etc. laundry could be easily done with coin operated washer/ dryer. Near train station yet not at a crowded junction.

Perhaps could include instructions on how to assembly the commonly shared ironing board found at the floor level.

It’s a clean and modern hotel with public bath and gym facilities. Conveniently located near the Sapporo station (about 5 mins walk). Seicomart just situated opposite the hotel. Provide pyjamas, comfortable beds and pillows.

The room is a tad cramped for 3 guests. Had to carve out space to put 3 luggages. The toilet, though clean, has insufficient space to put 3 pax personal toiletries.

Hotel is new, room is clean and considerable spacious for Japan. Not too far from Sapporo station. There is a convenient store right across the road. Breakfast was nice (love the pudding!). Free coffee/tea service in the afternoon till night. Public bath also available.

Great location, very close to the station. Convenient store across the road. There’s a nice cafe by the entrance of Sapporo University, only 2-3 minutes walk away. Clean room, new facilities, very comfortable to stay. Three beds is prefect for a family. We left one of our bags at the reception, called them, found the bag and sent it back to us.

The room is bigger than expected in Japanese standard. Facilicities are good with a public bathroom. My room can see the University of Hokkaido campus. I can leave baggage in a locker after check-out on the same day.

Good location north of Station. A comfortable hotel.

It is not a problem of the hotel. But we had a problem from the car rental company at the basement of the hotel. They did not have the cars available hence we needed to rent our car at another branch.
