great location. near shops, restos, subway, tram, bus stops. can walk to/fro odori park. there is a bus stop close by (directly from new chitose airport). easy to get a taxi when you need one. staff are friendly. clean. there's a pastry shop on the ground floor that sells very yummy cheesecake. convenience stores are just beside and across the hotel. even though they say susukino is a red light district, i felt safe here. there's an option to have your whole room cleaned or just for the cleaners to get the trash - i like that. i don't people rearranging my stuff.

airconditioner/heater. lowest temp i think was 20 deg C. it was only on a heater setting i think. it was so hot :( we just turned it off. (it automatically starts every time you enter the room).

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. It is located near central Susukino and one block away from metro stop and underground shopping street. The hotel is super large with many rooms. Our twin bed room is comfortable. From our window, you can see the busy street below. The hotel building also has quite a few restaurants on sites, plus a local food store. The hotel is also a popular stop for skier/snowboarder as the ski bus stop is outside the front lobby. Since it is in a central location, walking to Tanukikoji Shopping Street or Nijo market only takes 5 minutes. Tons of nice restaurant nearby. Make sure that you make reservations ahead of times as we were turned back even at 4pm when we stop by a crab house.

The female staff that is at the reception when I first check in on 8 March 2023 is extremely friendly. I need to command on the great customer service which can serve as a role model for other staffs.

However, some of the other staffs, especially the young man with square-like glasses is quite unfriendly, and need some honing in customer service (no excuses to be professional even if not in a good mood or something bad happened in life).

The location is very good & near to the subway. There are lots of family supermarkets around the vicinity. There are lots of variety in buffet spread that are yummy & delicious . It's a pick up & drop off point in my day tour. The room is very clean & bed is comfortable. I'm very pleased that I stayed at this hotel. I can recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay while in Sapporo.

The location is very near to places of interest which are within 300-500 meter. There are at least 2 Muslim friendly restaurants within 500 meter, Fukunoki and Horyu Ramen. The room is just nice to fit 2 peoples. There are bigger rooms to choose too. Very quick checkin and checkout process. Easy to get a taxi in front of the hotel.

The Hotel is quite rigid in terms of check in time. But this is normal for all hotels and just a small matter.

Beds are comfortable. Grateful for the air purifier. Good sized toilet. Good water pressure and toiletries. Walking distance to many eateries and shopping. Walking distance to Odori park. We clock 20000 steps a day.

Staff is polite but can only speak minimal English. Repeating in Japanese many times over the phone does not help me miraculously understand Japanese.

I had a wonderful stay at Sapporo Tokyu REI Hotel. The hotel's location was superb and the rooms were spacious. What impressed me the most was the exceptional value for money it offered. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Sapporo Tokyu REI for a comfortable and affordable stay in Sapporo.

Tour transport is just below. Need not travel. Convenient with food around the area.

As the room temperature was too high, water vapour condensed at the glass window. Resulting the carpet floor too be very wet. The air conditioning cannot be control but visitor. As it centralise.

Location was awesome. Beds were comfortable. We are able to get discounts at the plaza's restaurant by showing the room key card.

Have trouble communicating with receptionist as he is not able to understand my question in English
