Loved the trip. Food was amazing. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the ropeway but you’ll need to let them know early
The outside onsen was a bit hard to find. You have to head uphill and take a lift down which we managed to do so in the last half hour before it closes

Clean and big room. Staff gave clear instructions and directional map as the property is big. Lovely Onsen is a Must-try! Quite elaborate traditional breakfast. Beautiful scenery all round. Highly recommended!

the property charged us extra 22,000 yen for just 1 extra person. Booking.com also didn’t allow us to book 3 pax per room even though it states the room fits 4z the hotel clearly took the opportunity to over charge us

The beds are comfortable and the onsen is nice and clean. Staffs are very helpful and flexible. We had to shorten our stay due to poor weather conditions and they did not charge the night.
A lot of options with our stay which was not aligned with the price of the room. For example, breakfast was not included. The dinner is not included which is fine but if we want to have one it was charged 7000 yens per person. You need a car to travel around and there is no walk from the hotel. The hotel has no cachet whatsoever

Very long check-in time, had to queue for 20+ minutes. The outdoor onsen is a nice experience but the water outdoor is not the cleanest.
