We stayed here for 9 days. Excellent stay. 1) Friendly frontdesk staffs. They are so friendly. My niece required 2nd small booklet of paper to draw as she lost her first booklet provided in hotel room. They tried their very best to understand what we would like to have, and they really give a new booklet to my little niece. 2) Fast check in and out. They explained to us the date of housekeeping and written on the paper card holder of room card. 3) Literally just 1 or 2 mins walking distance from Akabane South exit. Best!!! 4) Don Don Donki is just beside the next building. Family Mart, just at the left side of hotel, so many restaurants and stores surrounding the hotel. 5) They provide free ochazuke from 8pm till 10pm from Mon to Thurs, free afternoon tea too. Honestly, so so nice and we took for 2nd round!! They never show angry face or show us any attitude. I really love their hospitality.I like their rice with so many toppings (feel free to take). They are so kind and helpful. 6) They provide free hair oil, lotion, face wash, varieties of tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, combs, stirrer, toothbrush with toothpaste, room slippers just beside the check in counter. So friendly and lovely gesture!!! This can help hotel guest a lot!!! Thank you so much. My hair is frizzy, I really need the hair oil so much. The honey tea is really perfect drink. I love it so so much. 7) They cleaned our room perfectly fine and tidy. 8) There are breakfast buffet too at affordable price. Why is this hotel so nice? Taking care of our stomach. Thank you!! 9) Level B1 has spa, you can find laundry machine too at other level. You can even find ice machine too. 10) The hotel staffs allowed us to put our luggage first at the lobby area which is perfectly safe and tagged it with a tag. 11) They topped up free water for us at the 4th day of our stay.

Room is slightly bigger than other business chain hotels in Japan and it was quiet. I was able to open my large luggage on the floor. LOL. The bathroom is spacious. Convenience stores are near the hotel. Location is near the train station. If you want 'real food' for lunch or dinner, you may walk towards the train station. There's a local grocery store nearby where you can buy fresh fruits. and the best part? a 24hr DonQi (Don Quijote) is 2 bldgs away from the hotel! LOL They may not have bathtubs in their room (except for the seniors room) but they do have a public bath separating men and women. Reminder: Akabane is known for their Izakaya (pub/bar) area where office workers chill after a long day at work. I was aware of this prior to booking the hotel. It didn't bother us (traveled with my senior parents). We actually went out and drank in one of the bars on our last night and my parents enjoyed it!

the staff were generally friendly, the room was really nice but just a bit on the smaller side not that much space to open my luggage (medium hardcase). The shower and bathroom were adequate and the view was really nice (we stayed on the 10th floor). I was curious to check out the public bath inside but i didnt manage to (male and female have separate baths). they have eco-friendly room service meaning they clean the room after every 3rd night however you can change your towels everyday. Overall my experience was pretty good. the hotel is also extremely close to the train station and there is a sukiya, macdonalds and, lawsons very close by.

the shampoo, conditioner and, body wash are rather watery and not that great. I recommend either buying your own or bringing your own. other than that I had a rather good experience I would definitely recommend this hotel to others as well as stay here again.

Clean and comfortable to stay in. Had lots of free amentities too. I booked the room with a TV and I could connect to various streaming apps on it including Netflix. Perfect for days when you just want to relax after walking so much in Japan. The english speaking staff was also friendly and kind. There's a public bath and laundry machines in the hotel for guests to use. Many stores are nearby too. Overall, great value for money.

Hotel is quite far from central Tokyo but since it was located near the Akabane station (about 3 min walk) it was still ok to travel to and fro the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, everything was very clean and it was clear that the hotel itself was quite new, the bed was very comfortable and all of the amenities in the room were nice to use, it was very inexpensive for what you get, it's very close to Akabane station, and there are very many restaurants, shops, and bars within easy walking distance.

The only cons were that the room is a bit small (which I knew beforehand, but it still required me to stow my snowboard bag under the bed in order to have space to walk to the bathroom), and although the location is good for the most part, there are a number of girl bars and questionable massage parlors immediately outside the front door, which did sketch me out a bit at night. I never felt unsafe or anything like that, but it did catch me off guard for sure.

The highlight of this hotel is definitely their japanese buffet breakfast! It fueled us for the rest of our stay. You get to have miso soup, salmon, karaage and omelette almost everyday. And there are breads too and sausages for those who prefer having the western breakfast. The hotel is likewise very convenient from Akabane station making it easy to travel to Tokyo and other places. The neighborhood is safe in general. And is nearby a Don Quijote for some cheap finds. Overall, the hotel for its price is definitely a good place to stay!

We stayed at akabane holic hotel for the first leg of Japan adventure. We were here for three nights we loved it that much that we have rebooked the same hotel for our last leg later in the month. The room was just big enough for us, the lighting levels were adjustable to the level we were comfortable. The shower wasn't too hot or too cold and had plenty of pressure. The beds felt hard to begin with but became really quite comfortable, was hard to pry my partner from her bed. The bath was incredible and was really nice to be able to experience that aspect of the country so early in. Many free things if you want them, breakfast, afternoon tea and late snack are all available for no extra charge, as well as many toiletries including combs and toothbrushes. The area is very lively at night letting you enjoy a busy atmosphere but once you close your blinds and door you can't hear or see anything. The staff were helpful.

The only downside was the on site laundry facilities. When we used it for a small load we weren't able to get clothes clean or dry.

The room is small but still comfortable for two people. The bathroom and toilet looks new and clean. The hotel is also very near to the train station and there are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby.

When the staff cleaned the room, I think they just replaced the sheets and fixed the bed. They didn’t really clean the bathroom area.

The bed was hard. After a couple of nights . The pain in the lower back were killing us but I think Japanese culture are more use to hard wood bed. Like the floor. Keep that in mind if you plan to stay here so you prepare yourself.
