Location was perfect. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with the hotel booking, glitch in the system when I paid up front for what I thought was for two people. I had evidence of booking for two people and there was also other information noting just one person. We paid the balance in cash and everything else was fine. They were helpful and polite about it. Great spacious rooms, everything you need! I will tell my friends and family to come and stay there :)

Waste of products - I didn't think the hotel needed to provide customers with new free toothbrush or slippers every day, it seemed wasteful and unnecessary.

Spacious rooms, had a special space to store suitcases near the door. The hotel has an upscale ambiance with music, decorations and scents in the corridors. There are two convenience stores one minute walk from the hotel entrance, and Akabane Park with a nice play area for kids is a short walk away.

The laundry room has dated facilities, with electrical clothes dryers that take a long time to dry clothes. It was busy in the evenings. If you do not mind a 5 min walk, there is a modern, clean, 24h open laundromat facilities called Earth Laundry nearby (search google maps for アースランドリー赤羽店).

This facility is conveniently located very close to Akabane station which has nice access to Tokyo Station. The price is also very reasonable compared to hotels around Tokyo station. The facilities are nice and the room was spacious enough with a nice working desk.

The reception was slow and inefficient. I had to wait for like 30 min because they were still confirming my reservation, which apparently had not reflected from Booking.com. Communication was a bit of a problem but all went well and the gentleman who handled my case was apologetic for the delay respectfully. The surrounding maybe a bit scary because it's somewhat a twilight district, but it's not that bad even at night.

Great location near the station. Room service and towels were provided outside the door as we put up a do not disturb sign! Comfortable room, everything needed for a few nights in the area. Breakfast/Lunch is an indian restaurant.

Check in process seemed convoluted. After checking in at the desk, you had to go through an additional check in with a machine to get your room cards. Similar with the payment. Why not just have the staff hand out the cards like other hotels?

3 min walk from Akabane station. Very convenient! Room size is also nice & enough compared to other typical "business hotel" in the region. My biggest "like" was breakfast! It seems they have a curry restaurant in daytime and they have a lot of Indian chefs, and they offer two different taste curry everyday in the breakfast which is awesome.

Amazing customer service, super friendly staff. Very helpful as well. Appreciate that they delivered us new towels and toothbrush etc when we ask for no cleaning. Super near to the mrt, few minutes walk and very near to many food options as well as 7-11 and family mart. Highly recommend!

Everything is great

Clean hotel with excellent staff. Just a 2 to 3 minutes walk from Akabane Station. About 20 minutes train ride to Shinjuku Station. A 24x7 supermarket Seiyu across the road and McDonalds, Burger King and other eateries within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance.

The room was a bit cramped for a family of 3 but that's the case with most rooms in Tokyo.

Awesome location within 5-min walk to Akabane station. Comparatively spacious room in Tokyo. Fully equipped room with anything I needed.

My room window was close to buildings so there was not much natural lighting from outside. But was acceptable.

About a 3 minute walk from the station which also happens to be a major station. Room was good and had all the necessary amenities, furthermore the staff were incredibly helpful.

The walk between the station and the hotel is a little dodgy with 18+ establishments. During the day there were no issues but in the evening it can be a little worrying.

The hotel is near the station. The room is spacious. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. I had to work on my laptop while staying, and I was glad the chair and table were suitable for working. On some floors there are vending machines, ice cube machines, and microwaves. The check-in and check-out was smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
