Apa Hotel Tokyo-Ojima

Walking distance from Sumiyoshi station and Tokyo Sky Tree view.

There was an electricity maintenance during our stay which was not informed the moment we booked the hotel. We were informed at the moment we checked in and couldn’t use the elevator, air conditioner, lights and even couldn’t open the room’s door (if we were outside) for 2 hours in the middle of the afternoon during the maintenance.

I think the most that impressed me was the staff at this hotel. They were very happy to assist us and changed our room to an even better room because the airconditioning was not working so well. Excellent service overall.

It’s quite a quiet area but very close to 2 train stations, almost equidistant. But the travel into main Tokyo was a little lengthy but it was a good price.

Very good value for money. The staff displayed excellent customer service and were very helpful and polite. The rooms were cleaned when requested. Overall the experience was great.

Not many, the only thing is that the rooms could have a bit more space.

Good Location, Clean rooms. A bit stuffy but that is expected in Business hotels in Japan. The staff was very helpful with sufficient english knowledge. Overall a good Business hotel with decent prices

Only complaint I had was with the chair, it could have helped if it was a bit taller. It was too short with respect to the desk which made working for longer hours uncomfortables

Everything was excellent, i can't complain. Around is quiet and comfortable, and the value for money is good.

There is nothing, that was bad in this stay. Staff was helpful and very nice, the elevator worked. Rooms were very clean.

Good location between to metro stations. The area was very nice with a lot of locals type places. The hotel was very clean and we had a lovely room. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were fantastic!

It’s a shame that there is no breakfast

Wonderful hotel and somewhere I stay often when travelling to Tokyo. The location is very convenient to restaurants and transport, and the pricing for the room is generally affordable being so close to the city. The staff are professional and polite.

Not in a busty place but quite nice and handy to ammenities and eating places. Staff very polite and accommodating

Excellent location. Clean and well appointed, room. I was comfortable and stayed in the hotel for two weeks.

There was no ventilation, but that is Just me. I like to have some air circulation to avoid headache in the morning
