The staff members are very helpful and friendly, and the hotel makes good effort to keep their services to the standard despite inconvenient COVID measures.

Breakfast during weekday was not as well run as that on weekend. During our 7-day stay there, the coffee machine had problems twice, one for empty bean hopper and another for empty reservoir. This seems a minor hiccup, yet it only happened once during our many previous stays (since 2013) at the hotel. Besides, there were times when obviously there were not enough food for the guests in the breakfast room. The staff in charge of the breakfast room now did not seem to be as competent as those before. I really hope to see the breakfast room to be in the good hand again because it helps us to start a day with a happy stomach and mood.

The room was nice and comfortable. There was a massage chair, but I didn't use it; it was too rough on my back. The buffet was delicious and there were many choices. The hotel was close to many shops, restaurants, and the train station. Also, there was a lovely little bakery next door. There is a public sauna. You must sign up to use the room, which is private.

It was a little difficult to use the AC. I kept turning it on, but I couldn't get the room cool enough. My social awkwardness prevented me from asking for help. haha

It is not my first time to stay at this hotel. It is a friendly and welcoming hotel to stay at. The breakfast is not too filling but at the same time quite adequate. The room was comfortable with all the amenities and accessories you would wish for. I love having access to the hot public bath. The hotel is situated in a nice and atmospheric part of Tokyo. I feel very much at home in Kita Senju. Everything is within walking distance and it is very close to to the rail and metro stations.

Great location, many amenities, loved the massage chair in the room. Nice soft bed with good pillows. Nice bath and Aircon works great. The shared baths were great and free drinks in the lounge

No option to open the window and let in fresh air. It got pretty hot at night. We had to keep the Aircon running during the night which wasn't great for our health

I very much enjoyed my stay in this relaxing, informal and friendly hotel. The room was nice and I loved the hot public bath facilities. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Kita-Senju, a part of Tokyo I have come to feel very much at home in. The staff are very welcoming. I like the relaxed nature of the hotel. I have stayed here before, and I look forward to staying here again.

this hotel is small, but very comfortable and tidy. The front desk girl's service is very good, English is very good, they help us solve a lot of problems there. We lived there for 7 days in total. Will definitely stay here next time.

We had a lovely time staying at Coco Grand Kitasenju: staff was very friendly, polite & helpful. Clean, cozy room. Extra comfy beds, slept well. High quality breakfast with many tasty options. We will surely visit again if we have the opportunity.

Convenient location, 5 mins to the public transportation center, subways, buses, taxi, many choices. Great for exploring the authetic food and local shopping.
