Interior is like modern, clean and great condition spacious 3 bedroom apartment (very spacious at this price for Tokyo!)- feels like recently rennovated. Very comfortable and clean. Front staff, when available, had excellent English and helpful for any queries you might have.

Location is a little far out of usual tourist places and 5-8 mins walk to small train stations. The units are really good once inside but the walk through lobby and lift to it just needs brightening up and decoration maybe as quite dark and dingey at night. No parking for car but plenty of pay parking within few minutes walk.

it was close to the train station and a 7/11 across the road

upstairs in the private residences were very noisy from 11pm-6am dragging chairs, moving tables, stomping around, talking loudly. sounded like it was being renovated. it kept our kids awake every night that e stayed there for hours on end.

Great distance to station and convenience store right across the road. Self check-in was simple and easy. Size of the lounge with the tatami room was comfortable for 4 bigger guys and the view with tokyo skytree was great.

The pillows in the tatami room were filthy and some blankets were a bit dirty.

We were a family of 6 people and we fit comfortably in the room. There was a decent amount of wiggle room for our luggage and the kitchen/ dining area was spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We are extremely grateful to them for allowing us to leave our luggage overnight. We made 2 separate bookings since we had a an overnight stay outside of Tokyo. They kept our luggage and even placed it back in our room the next day. Thank you so much. We are also happy with the location. Machiya Station was just a short walk away and there was a convenience store right in front of the hotel.

Everything was comfortable in our room, however, the shower had a slightly unpleasant smell. Aside from that, there was nothing else we didn’t like with our room.

I loved how close the hotel was to convenience stores, groceries and even restaurants. It was also very accessible to the train station and you can get anywhere from point a to point b. I also liked how accommodating and kind the staff were and they were always very responsive with our needs. They also offer room service with an extra charge and they will clean your room so well.

The linen were a little dusty but you can ask them to change it for you and they will. There’s really nothing I disliked about the place, if I were to say something, that would be nitpicking already.

Really spacious with great views and conveniently located next to the 7 eleven and laundromat and train station. Also the beds were super comfortable!

Futons are way too thin. And the apartment realistically only sleeps 7 people comfortably whereas we had booked 1 apartment for 12 people which didn’t work so we ended up getting another one. Also if you’re sensitive to noise, the trains go by but it didn’t really bother our group and there was some construction at night time, but again it didn’t really bother us.

7/11 is just in front of the hotel and Train is just 5mins away. Very easy to check-in and check-out. The unit is clean and can accomodate an entire family of 9-13. Has kitchen, living area and private bedrooms. They have plenty of options.

Even the unit has 2-3 separate rooms it only offers a single toilet and separate bath room. They do not offer daily cleaning of unit, but they’ll pick up trashes and used towels outside

The location was very convenient: close to a subway station, across the street from a seven eleven, parking was close, restaurants, grocery stores, and a McDonald’s were all within walking distance.

A few stains on bedding/pillows or seating.

Kitchen area a useful addition. Shower and loo separate is great when multiple people sharing and washing machine in the room that only took 15 minutes was great. Toiletries are provided.

Upstairs neighbour appeared to do parkour round the room from 1am-3am every night running around and scraping furniture across the room. Obviously not the properties fault.

The suite was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. 7/11 across the road was super convenient. The shopping street and train station was very close by, everything was fantastic. The area was nice and quiet, even though in Tokyo.

I can’t say that there is anything that stood out that I didn’t like.
