My capsule was very clean and comfortable. It was super quiet and the bathroom facilities were super clean. I liked the fact that there was a place to lock my luggage and my valuables inside the capsule. The location is very convenient as it is like 1 minute walk from Kuramae station and several convenient stores and 24-hour restaurants nearby! Bonus point for the lounge where we can read mangas (even English versions are provided).

All of the showers and the bathrooms were much better and cleaner than I expected. The entire experience was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of them spoke pretty good English too. Overall good experience.

The one thing I was was improved is the temperature. I was very warm at night to the point that it was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. As it transitioned to morning that improved but definitely need better temperature regulation.

value for money. space is good. provide pj and towel daily, along with toothpaste n brush n qtips. many toilets and shower area to use, no need wait/queue. shower pressure is VERY GD. water gets heated up fast, even the regular taps at the sinks lounge is awesome. provides water and ice. hot water too if u wanna make cup noodles. microwave as well. lots of comfy seats around, the period i was there, everyone was considerate and quiet, it was v v pleasant. bed is super comfy, the pod has high ceiling and i could stand inside to change clothes if I wanted to. right below the bed theres a luggage storage area with lights and lock. super secured. within the pod theres a small side shelving (w/ a mirror facing outside, not towards user), TV and adjustable night light, charging point, and another lockable space for valuable belongings when u sleep at night.

early check out at 10am, if want extend, per hour is 1000yen and max only 2hrs. was expecting 11 or 12noon but they were nice enough to still let us keep luggages with them and access the lounge/toilet area until whenever we are ready.

The location is very convenience, 1 mins walk from the station and a few more minutes walk to the exit with the elevator. The accommodation and facility is very clean and comfortable.

The train line station is a bit confused as it is not well connect with major line but the accommodation is worth it.

I think this is my 3rd time staying here. I like to stay here everytime I come to tokyo. They provide daily pyjama and towels. Nice and clean bathrooms and toilet on every floor. Close to Kuramae station (Asakusa line) exit A2, which is also a direct line to Haneda airport. There are 2 konbini close to this hotel.

In the dining room on 2F, I didn`t see any wash basin or an area dedicated for washing hands/utensil/cutlery because I brought my own bowls and cutleries. But there are microwave &hot pot which are very convinient for me.

The property was generally clean, however, I saw 5 strands of hair on my bed, different locations of the bed. Had no choice but to remove them. Also, when I put my shoes on the space provided, I saw a ball-like strands of hair! That's really a lot of hair. So vacuuming should be done thoroughly. Location was great. Lounge was spacious. Powder room was nice too. There's extra room for the toilets and a bath tub on the 9th floor. You have your own TV , too. Every day, towels, pajamas and toothbrush were provided

Though it is not the Property's fault, some guests were organizing their things at 12 midnight. One guest even did it at 1:30 am!! CNN program was in Japanese . I hope the property would retain CNN as pure English news

This was my second stay— the prior was in 2017! If you are OK with sharing IMMACULATE bathrooms and showers and having a wonderful Private “cube” to sleep in, this is great. There is a lounge/working space which is very good — I spent a few hours there each morning and evening working. But … it is shared space. I was there for three nights, and one one night another guest in my 22-cube female floor was an an inconsiderate jerk who repacked with much noise until 2am. That happens with shared space and is not the fault of MyCube. The other nights it was as quiet as a graveyard …. And I will book there again.

The beds were very comfortable, as well as the pillow; it was quite cozy in the capsule. They provide you with fresh pajamas and towels every day. They have a 24-hour common area where you can eat, read the manga they have in the library, or use your laptop. The Wi-Fi works really well. Everything is very clean, including the bathrooms and showers. I would definitely stay here again; it's the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Additionally, it's very conveniently located, just a one-minute walk from the subway.

Some customers were a bit noisy late at night; they should consider putting up a sign recommending not to open and close suitcases and bags past a certain hour.

-You can keep your luggages under your bed. -Everybody stays in own pod. I slept so well, couldn't hear much voice from outside. -I needed to discard one of my broken luggage. Staff helped so well. -If you need to save money for hotel. I think here is a good choice.

-You might feel hot inside the pod. There is no fan in the pod. My friend doesn't like warm room so she found this so uncomfortable. -I can smell someone brought food to eat on my floor :( -This was my first time to stay in capsule hotel in Japan and I'll not book the capsule again lol. The hotel was great but I don't like you can't talk to each other inside bedrooms and can't bring anything to eat in room lol. This probably match only solo traveler.

It's a fancier "pod" hotel, and everyone was top quality (or I guess standard quality for Japanese standards). Everything was clean, and the pod was well designed with a separate luggage department. The common area is nice as well. Staff were helpful and courteous. It's got everything you need for a reasonable price. I would recommend (solo travelers) to anyone to give a try :)

The shower room doesn't have a super good fan, so it can get a little humid after a shower. With that said, there were a lot of shower rooms and it wasn't a big problem at all for my 2 night stay here.
