This is my second time staying at a Toyoko Inn hotels chain. I like everything about them. The first time I stayed in Asakusa, which was closer to the city center. Omori is a bit further away. But I like the cleanliness and the breakfast.

There was only one thing I didn't like. After a 20-hour flight, I had to wait another 5 hours to check in and get to my room... But rules are rules.

The breakfast is awesome!! and the hotel staffs were very friendly. the room was very clean and the staff clean the room every 4 days. The towel services is awesome as well, they give new towel set every day and the towel is very clean. Overall experience I'll give it a 10 out of 10. Thank the staffs provide me a such good experience in japan.

Very good value for money! Spotlessly clean. Big enough room and the bathroom. Good buffet breakfast and they rotate dishes so you never have exactly the same breakfast every day. When in UK, I couldn't move my dates on Booking.com as their facility had a glitch or something. Toyoko Inn Omori manager contacted them and I was promised a refund for one day. I didn't receive it yet but hope all will be fine. Very hard working cleaners and staff at breakfast too.

Overall, great experience. From staff to facilities. Stay is worth your money. Affordable price which includes breakfast. Hope we can come back again soon.

The staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. They made us feel like home and we appreciated it. The facilities, the room and the breakfast were also top of the notch. I couldn't recommend Toyoko Inn Omori more! If you also add to the whole experience the fact that it's in a quaint, quiet neighborhood of Tokyo with a railway station 7 minutes from it, it's a really great choice.

Good location close enough to JR station and Keikyu line, good for the night before or after a flight. Restaurants and konbini around. Simple Japanese breakfast included.

Location is perfect. Many restaurants and shops around. Staffs are courtesy and responsive. B/fast is delicious and very substantial. Room rates are very affordable.

The ladies at the reception didn't speak English but they were really kind and able to make us understand without knowing Japanese language. The room was really clean and equipped with all necessities. Breakfast was various. Wi-fi was working very well.

The room was bigger than what i expected. The breakfast was filling and had several options.

It was a bit of walk to Omori station and the other station. But you have an option to go to a local train or a JR train.

Coin laundry available on the ground floor (200Yen for washing and 100Yen per 10min of drying), also there is a clothes hanging line in the bathroom
