I like that it was very close to everything. And the breakfast food was very good. The staff was friendly.

The shuttle was the only reason I booked this hotel but the hours are horrible. From the airport the 1st shuttle is at 7pm. So if your flight arrives early you have to wait long hours or just find an alternate transportation. My flight arrived at 4pm. I wasn't gonna wait 3 hr at the airport just for the shuttle after a 13h flight. We ended up taking a taxi. Same thing leaving the hotel the last shuttle is at 10 am. My flight was at 6pm I wasn't gonna stay at the airport that long. I was very disappointed regarding the shuttle.

They clean the room everyday. They bring set of toothbrush everyday. The Lawson convenient store just across the street. There is 5 mins walk mall ITOYOKADO MALL and the food court at 3F is a game changer! I stayed with my family, my 3 kids enjoyed the kids playground located at the back of the hotel. Staff are very nice. Mc Donalds located inside the building with lots of restaurant just 2 blocks away from the hotel on the way to Itoyokado Mall.

Everything is good . Front desk staff are nice but it would be much better if they are more friendly more casual and communicate more with the people that stay in the hotel, so that we will feel more comfortable and more welcoming. All in all I love the place!

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is great. Just in the night the light outside the room corridor is dim ,especially at the higher floor. There is a family mart opposite the hotel and one big shopping centre behind the hotel but take 10 min walk to there. There is a food court on the higher floor with nice food👍. Also the JR omori station is just 6 mins walk from the hotel and many eatery and convenience stores around

We went out early for a day trip so miss the breakfast for 2 days. So we tot we can use the breakfast coupon for our the other family member to use it as their room booked did not come with breakfast. But very sad that the staff said we cannot use it for other room booked without breakfast. We dont understand that we have already paid for the breakfast why we cant use it for other guest? In other country if we are too early for the breakfast, the hotel normally packed the breakfast in a box for us since we already paid for it and the breakfast is not cheap yen 17000….

This was the highlight accomodation of our trip to Japan. The room was spacious by Japanese standards. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location is a little bit outside of the very center of Tokyo but it's close to a subway that it made no difference. It's also conveniently close to Haneda airport. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Reception helped us rearrange some flights which took quite long and they patiently dealt with all our questions. I highly recommend this place if you are going to Tokyo via Haneda airport. I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. Outstanding.

Nothing. I literally couldn't find fault with anything. There was loads of hotwater. Towels were big and fluffy (by Japanese standards). There's a convenience store across the road. It was great.

It is small, cramp but fit 3 of us reasonably well. Well furnished to make our stay conducive, and many toiletries provided (including DHC sample size toner, cleanser, face cream). There is a Lawson downstairs and we were able to get some food after late flight. The last shuttle bus came time at 2140 hrs. Transfers between terminals was not too difficult. We took the last free shuttle in the morning. Need to check out the room and reserve as you might not get a seat if it became full. The driver was so kind to accommodate as many people as possible, and take all of us to the respective terminals. Low price per night and it is worth it as we are staying for less than 12 hours.

The location is quite inaccessible. Thankfully, there is free shuttle service. The journey from airport was around 15 to 20 min.

I loved the location. Not too far from the train station. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of places around there to eat. There is also a Lawson convenient store across the street. The hotel itself was surprisingly bigger than what I expected. Everything was clean and had no real issues. The best part of the whole experience was the price. It was so affordable. There was also a shuttle to the airport that made our trip home a lot easier. I will definitely be staying there again the next time we are in Tokyo.

We stayed in the larger room and it was the space we wanted. For the value, the room size was great. The staff was amazing in checking us in and getting helping us in English. It is close to a station, it's only one line but you can easily get to the others. There is a convenience store right across the street as well as many others between the station and the hotel. One thing to mention about the location is you are close to Haneda airport and there is a hotel bus that can take you to the airport. But, you are further away from central Tokyo, about 30+ minutes from Shibuya, Akiba, and stations around those 2 (harajuku, omotesando, ueno). So you will have to take that into consideration. On another note though, you are also only about 30 minutes away from Yokohama as well.

The breakfast is good and it changes on some of the dishes daily to make it not so bored. I like the location as it is not crowded and you can see more local people and their life style. My boy loves it as he can play at the playground and many children playing there too. This is our second time there. Near to airport and do not need to carry the luggage here and there. One of the best things is many convenient stall and the Seiyu supermarket operate 24 hours which is about 120m away from the hotel

I am quite satisfied

We liked that it is located near a JR line, a 24-hr supermarket, just in front of a Lawson, but also near 7-11 and family mart. We have a small child that enjoyed the public playground nearby. Plenty of local restaurants around so you can choose a different one every time. The area is safe and quiet even at night, family friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day. There's a vendo machine just outside our rooms.

There was no microwave available even for the entire floor which I think is necessary especially in Japan. Water was not provided, just ice from dispenser.
