Very close to Haneda airport but still close to a JR station for JR Pass users. Shinagawa station is very close. The breakfast was really great as you could experience a traditional japanese breakfast.

I liked everything about this hotel! Staff is amazing! Rooms are very clean, and the cleaning was done every day. Breakfast is delicious, breakfast staff is so nice and polite! I was doubting this place at first because of the distance from the high city area, but eventually it was so quick to go to the Shinagawa station to most attractions. And by the way go and visit Tokyo Aquarium which is 8 mins walk from the hotel, it’s nice (big shark, dolphins - kids loved them!)

My husband didn’t like the mattress, was soft for him, but I didn’t have any issues.

The property is located in an easy area to access the station (right over the bridge), with plenty of places to eat nearby, and family mart and 7/11 within a minute walk. The staff were really nice during the check in process and clear with what needed to be filled in and held on to our JR passes until we arrived.

As expected it was a small room with a double bed and squishy for two adults and a child. But fine for a stopover location. If for longer stay would recommend a bigger room.

The location on the subway line was the primary factor in choosing this property. It is very convenient to Haneda airport, which made a difference for us on the final day of our trip. Some airlines house their crews overnight here. The included breakfast was exceptional, with many high-quality traditional Japanese breakfast choices. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the bathroom was small, but modern, and the room coffee machine was a nice touch. The staff understands the hotel's function as a stop for those that are heading to or coming from the airport. They offered to hold our bags if the room was not ready but were able to check us in early. They held our bags after checkout so we could spend more time in the city between 11 am and our flight.

There was very little not to like about this facility. For the airport traveler, it is in an excellent location. For those wanting to see Tokyo, I'd choose a hotel more central to the part of the city you're visiting. It took me a half-hour on the subway to reach the Senso-Ji temple and almost 45 minutes to the Sky Tree.

the breakfast is excellent !!! we enjoy it alot. The size of the room is very comfortable, and it is bright. I particularly like the headlight set up which is very romantic. Thought the location is a little walk away from the main Orimoi station. It is a pleasant 15 mins walk. The nearby station ( small station) is also an option with only 3 mins walk away.

nothing I would really name that I dont like. However, there is always space to improve better. Perhaps if the TV could be upgrade with internet access for youtube.

The room was clean and the hotel was very accommodating as they provided a non-smoking room when I informed them that we were non-smokers. Breakfast was decent but could use a little more variety over the cause of a week. The hotel is also located near train stations such as the Keikyu Line and JR line, making travel very convenient.

The bathroom feels too small and the sink has a very slippery surface. The vending machine on each floor could have cold and hot options instead of only cold ones.

Breakfast was great, lots of options and very delicious. The staff was lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean but with a very strong smell o tabacco, i know it was a smoking available room (it was the only choice available) but at least they could try to lessen the smell every change of guest. It was close to beautiful aquarium and a super lovely park.

Location was excellent, close to a metro station and near convenience stores. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious for Tokyo. The buffet breakfast is worth the extra cost, good variety of food to choose from. I liked that they are prepared for guests to leave their luggage after check out, super service to give to the guests.

The location was noisy at night and the on-location restaurant was only opened for breakfast.

It was conveniently near to a subway station about 3 minutes walk and another about 12 mins. It was also close to the airport about 25 mins with public transport. They let us check in early and because our flight was late at night they allowed us to keep our bags at their hotel, which meant me didn’t have to worry about lugging big bags around on our last day! It had everything you need for a hotel l

Located near to Haneda Airport and provide late check-in service to us since our flight arrived at 10.40pm. Spacious room with comfy pillows & beds. Got window in our room. Wide range of breakfast selection such as pasta, scramble eggs, bread, porridge, salad and etc.

Could provide porter services for luggage to the room.
