The staff who prepared the breakfast were really kind and the food was excellent. I also liked how convenient it was to reach the hotel from the station and how there were convenience stores and cheap food places all in a 10 minute radius.

I really liked the service. However, I have a small suggestion as a foreigner in Japan. Since I still cannot read Japanese, it was a little difficult for me to find the Hotel because the sign was completely in Japanese, but Toyooka Park Hotel had an English sign, which kind of set up the same expectation for this hotel as well.

This is a simple business hotel. If you've stayed at one, you've stayed at all of them. It's a no frills room with a good bed, a desk and your private bathroom. It's a place to stay for a few nights and does its job well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I arrived by bicycle and they arranged for a parking space. I am able to communicate in Japanese, but they had English speaking staff on hand. The area is near other business hotels and some izakaya, so you might bump into some unsavory people outside, but the hotel itself is very quiet.

I guess the breakfast was average. I mean, the old couple making it are doing their best and I don't think they did anything wrong, but it wasn't for me. Otherwise, I have little to say against the hotel.

It was really good value for money. Short walk from the railway station. And, about 10 minutes' walk to the shopping area which is spread out. However, there is a shopping mall nearer. The reception staff who attended to us upon arrival & departure were wonderful ( 2 ladies - can't recall their names ) , friendly & helpful. We were allowed check-in to our room & the female staff looked after our luggage when we were out before we departed for railway station.

The location is a bit quiet...and wished they had English language cable TV, at least we could be updated with current affairs.

The room is well kept and clean. Size was large enough to put a 26" luggage on the floor. Room facilities included are typical of Japanese business hotels. Included breakfast is Japanese and is filling! The hotel is about 10 min walk from Toyooka station but there are not many shops/eateries around.

Super friendly staff. Free drink. The bed was comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. Comfy bed.

Just a few blocks away from the Toyooka station. Very friendly staff, they have helped us with luggage as we have arrived early and departed after checking out. The hotel is not new, but everything is neat, very clean. Wi-Fi worked fine.

Loved the free breakfast & welcome drinks…and the staff were amazing!

Didn’t love the location- wish it was closer to kinosaki onsen village/needs bigger & more comfortable beds:)

The hotel assigned English speaking staff during check-in time, this is very appreciated. The bed, pillows & blanket are very comfy. Providing 2 pillows is exceptional compared to other hotels.

Very pleasant staff. All facilities very good and plenty of parking space. Train and bus station close if not driving

The staff were very helpful and friendly at the counter, check-in was very easy (checkout too, we could just drop the key in a box). We also each got an unexpected free drink from a selection, and free water bottles in the fridge.

Nothing especially bad! The location was a short distance from a main road but you can see the sign from there.
