First of all, I'd like to thank Rasha and Raed for their outstanding manners & customer service. I had a slight issue that needed to be addressed. Luckily, Rasha resolved the matter professionally in no time. I was also impressed with the amazing receptionist "wearing white head scarf at the time" for upgrading my room. Loud music coming from the ballroom on a daily basis, but it's not a big issue, I wore earplugs before bed 😂

Lucky me, front office manager Mr. Bennouh checked me in. He was phenomenal in the process; 5-star professionalism in spoken language and body language. The hotel has high-standard and high-tech security and safety regulations. Professional and polite staff, outstanding cleanness. The breakfast was excellently delicious with many options. The location is very good. The paid professional services spa after 6 PM is male only where one can scrub away, steam or massage. This hotel is easily 5-star hotel if you don't mind it missing a bar.

Room was wide, well organized and fancy. Wi-Fi was more than great with high speed. Many choices were available at breakfast. Food was delicious. really liked all items i tried. The team was great. Front office team specially Mahmoud Abo Ads was more than helpful, kind, responsive and always smiley. Check in was very fast and they did an upgrade for my room. I enjoyed my stay there and i sure i like to rebook in the future.

This hotel is located on Madina Munawara street. This is a busy road and it can get a bit noisy at times.There are numerous shops, cafes and local restaurants on this street. Reception and checking in was quick and efficient.The suite I stayed in was a good size and included a bedroom and living toom and en-suite bathroom. The rooms are clean and tidy. This 4 star hotel in my opinion represents very good value for money and a simple Middle Eastern style breakfast is included in the price. I will stay again in this hotel.

fast check-in and out, free breakfast, and free upgrade to suit, girl in reception so polite, and helpfull, guys who carrying luggages are so nice, very clean good service bed is so comfortable and big, location is super good far of traffic with parking cars, and it is family hotel

Hotel security was very good. Room was very spacious with clean & comfortable beds. Staffs were polite, friendly & knowledgeable. They really tried their best with language barriers. Starbucks is just beside the hotel & there are many many food options outside & within walking distance from the hotel, even a popular vegetarian restaurant.

Toilets could be cleaner like especially sides & corners silicone & groutings have black moulds. The 1st room we stayed had strong perfume odour even from the outside corridor. However, the 2nd time stay was clean smelling air. Loud noisy party music can be heard in the room from some place in the hotel but eased off around 10pm.

great place, helpful staff. everything available in rooms. thanks to Raed a very nice and helpful person loved that it has an inside hair salon and spa. starbucks is right outside the hotel.

breakfast could have been better especially the eggs station. the girl there argued that there were available scrambled eggs that I can eat from while I was explaining multi times that I don’t like the eggs this way. didn’t like the argument
