The location is close to shopping and good selection of restaurants. Quite spacious room. Great value for the money.

Breakfast selection is limited but chef Zuhair treated us very well. A note to the housekeeping staff to keep it low when cleaning the rooms. We woke up one day to their loud conversations.

I arrived at the hotel to drop my bags off at 8:30am. They let me in a room! I was so grateful after a 15 hour flight! The front desk staff, especially Mohannad, were so kind and welcoming. A very nice little rear court yard to enjoy being outside )and not in complete sun). They also allowed me to store my luggage for one night while I travel to Jerusalem. Outstanding customer service. There is an amazing Turkish Bath walking distance (650 m) from the hotel. Attached is a photo of the exterior of it.

It was a bit noisy but I took a sleeping pill so it didn't really matter. I had a 7:00am departure time and would have like an early breakfast but the dining area doesn't open for breakfast until 7:00

Everyone was quite welcoming and friendly. (I wish some of the front desk staff spoke better English.) Super comfy bed. Nice amount of space to spread out with luggage. Three hours for breakfast. Turkish Bath quite nearby. a few very good restaurants as well. A very easy place to stay. I asked for a specific room and was given it. The breakfast setting was open and nice.they allowed me to leave luggage in between stays. I had something delivered to the hotel and they watched out for it for me. That gave me appreciation and confidence.

The shower leaked on the floor, as doors didn't fully close. Couldn't get safe to shut and lock.

1-The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Mohanad in the reception and Ammar in the room service. 2- The cleanness in general. 3- You feel like staying in a real hotel. 4- Quite rooms 5- The location in the middle of everywhere.

Just need to improve the breakfast buffet.

the hotel is very well located. furnished in good taste. ample bathrooms and with all the comforts well thought of which is a given in most places but not in JOrdan in hotels beneath the high- luxury category. the bathroom is well distributed has a shower box , rain shower and hand-shower, shelves to put your things but also you can see them and not forget them, hair dryer hanger for the towel. the towels are huge (great!!!). bedding is very comfortable , the rooms noise- insulated . the room has a huge TV, a good sized desk , power outlets… very very nice . the staircases are clean, the lifts nice and everything works

the slope to the garage is difficult, breakfast could be better although you are steps away from many choices and reception staff could be better trained in “tact”.

All the staff were great from reception to the restaurant, so kind and helpful. If I come back to Amman again, I will no doubt choose this hotel again

It's just little thing that I mentioned , that they don't have refrigerator in room. But I ask for ice and water from the reception and they send it to me directly.

Good value for money and we got upgraded to a superior room. Fresh water and a nice breakfast with a mix of local and international food. Guy at the breakfast was extremely nice and friendly. Located close to a popular and good restaurant. Free parking.

Location is facing a very busy road. Windows cannot be opened and room was quite stuffy and hot, despite being winter and rather cold outside. Aircon didn't seem to do much to change the temperature of the room.

We think we finally found our favourite hotel in Amman. We tried several in the last 10 years and Lilac Hotel topped them all. Great value for money very clean, comfortable, great restaurant at a very good price too. Our room was just perfect. They even provided us with a cot for our little son without even asking. We would like to thank on particular Hammurabi, who works at the restaurant: he alone is worth the stay. He took care of us and of our little so just like he was one of the family.
