The location was great surrounded but so many shops and restaurants but the rooms have good isolation so you don't hear the street noises. The deluxe rooms were remodeled and in great condition. The staff were nice, professional and friendly and can't mention this without talking about the extraordinary service I received from Zaid (he went above and beyond to set the ideal example for a great customer service). The breakfast was great with some many variety.

I got to see the standard rooms definitely I don't recommend those they are super old, go for the deluxe rooms. I was in the 3rd floor and the 4th floor is the kitchen it gets pretty noisy in the morning as you can hear the chairs moving.

Very friendly staff at the door by the desk, especially very pleasant guy named Mustafa Al Tammi, hi five for him.Breakfast buffet was amazing, fresh delicious plenty, more than I would find in some North American countries . Where i live. very friendly staff specifically I would like to thank chef Abeer whom I’ve never met before . She is an amazing chef. Her food is superb. Very amusing location of the breakfast room is just a refreshing clean spot. Would love to stay there and spend hours in that bright spot thank you everyone ✅👏👏

Some minor maintenance needed in washroom

The staff, especially Asma from the front office was really helpful and responsive. She was even kind to allow us to use her phone for ordering food to the hotel, because our phones weren't working. The front office was also kind to offer us exchange of JODs for USD so that we could pay for the food. They have their own bakery and supermarket which is amazing. It really helped us, given that it was difficult to find food due to Ramadan.

We were put off by a slightly smelly bathroom when we entered, however, the staff was very responsive, and they came immediately to rectify the situation. The location was slightly away from downtown.

The hotel is clean, the room is good and clean. It has everything we need, a kettle, coffee, tea and there is an iron and iron table, there are slippers too. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is in the middle of an active area, souq al sultan. There are shops, restaurants, grocery store, and bakery. There is a very good iraqi restaurant nearby, Zohour al shefa, 8 minutes walking.

The location is good but it's an active area, so you'll be in traffic when you go to other places by car.

New, spotless clean, comfortable and big rooms. Good breakfast, friendly staff, Asma at reception desk was very helpful and friendly. Masjid door opens inside hotel which was very convenient. Our suit was very spacious. As we went in cold weather the heating was excellent. Toilet was very clean and had all the accessories. Nice bakery and general store right besides the hotel. Many shops around in the area. Will expect the hotel to maintain the quality. Next time will definitely stay for more nights here in the same hotel. Definitely recommend it.

It exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect but few things can be added. Breakfast could be improved Fruits and yogurt can be added. Hangers in the wardrobes could have been useful for us.

The staff is very welcoming and kind - we loved them! The hotel offers a traditional Levantine breakfast in a spacious restaurant upstairs with a terrace. The location is perhaps not a typical tourist destination as it's right next to the market area. However, wherever you go in Amman you'll have to take a cab so eventually it doesn't really matter. Definitely visit the Nishan bakery a few metres from the hotel for local sweets and bread. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and it was a good value for money.

It would be nice to have soft and fluffy towels instead of the old ones.

Much better than expected and should definitely be rated higher than two stars, even for european standards!

The stay was planned a little last minute so I was a little out of sorts with what I needed to bring to be able to check in. The front desk was kind, patient, and very accommodating. They helped me make it a special weekend for my partner and I. They saw me with a bunch of valentines balloons and asked me if I was celebrating an anniversary. I let them it was just for Valentine’s but unbeknownst to me, they were planning to make my stay a weekend to remember. The view from my room was amazing. The hotel is clean and the room is cozy. I feel awful that I don’t remember one of the gentleman’s name I hope his associate sees this as well. It took me a little while for the review but I appreciate you guys for helping my stay go perfect and I hope you continue to service guests the way you serviced me. You can never go wrong with a trip to the restaurant and bar downstairs. Aside from me seemingly losing my bag and it being a little hard to get in touch with anyone about it, I have no complaints about the stay and would definitely recommend the NİSHAN hotel for anyone to stay.

This would be an upmarket 4 Star hotel in the UK. It exceeded expectations by a country mile. Despite not having a Concierge Services and a defined entrance porch, as you enter you are pleasantly welcomed and amazed by the standard and quality of finishes. The rooms are well equipped with a well stocked bar - prices are displayed on the fridge door.

There's not much not to like other than the traffic noise.
