Central Location, Spacious Rooms and well heated in the winter. Welcoming and friendly vibe and the team ( Qusai, Muaiad, Abu Yazan, Husain, Ahmed and Dawood ) made every effort to meet my every need from Taxi to PCR …etc. Thank you!

Very nice hotel and pretty recently renovated. Looks better than i expected. Great beds and a large apartment like room. Actually I had a living and a bedroom. Super value.
Had some issues with the drain in the shower and hot water. However they have the boiler in the room and you can adjust it.

The lobby seating area was beautiful with amazing ambience, better than any hotel I've been to. Breakfast hot food was nice and varied day by day. Location is excellent near lot of food places and Safeways supermarket. Room was nice.
Toilet flush wasn't strong and cold parts of breakfast could be fresher. No view if in basement, and few flies. Whilst location is great, getting onto main road in car can be a bit challenging. TIP: Reverse onto main road

Very old style Arabic hotel, the location is good if you have a car otherwise it isn't. Looks very fancy in the common areas, but less fancy in rooms. The price was good and the breakfast was delicious.
No attention to the rooms at all, the floor carpet is just put on top of other older carpets, asked twice for a non smoking room and our room had an ashtray inside, only one towel was provided, had to ask for a second as we were two.
