Location and price

WiFi and AC was controlled by the Hotel. So, everytime we had to call the reception to on the AC.

- The fastest check-in and check-out procedure I ever seen in my life (within 5 min maximum)! - The room is equipped with top branded amenities (Hitachi, Honeywell, AEG, Samsung) - Very friendly staff all over the day and at all levels (receptionist, security guards, restaurant, housekeeping, and support) - The room had a wonderful view on the lively Wasfi Al-Tal street - The hotel is just few steps away from all sort of services - The room is equipped with 2 LED TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) - Extra materials are provided by housekeeping without any objection - Delivery man is allowed to enter the hotel and deliver the order right to your door step

- The breakfast was not continental (NO: corn flakes, milk, Nutella, baked beans, cream) - The response to requests takes quite long time to be performed - Lack of washing machine in the room raised a lot of difficulties especially for baby clothing even though laundry service is quick and clothes are delivered within the same day - Very slow and frequent interruptions in WIFI signal. I had to rely on my mobile data to complete my tasks - Kitchenet lacks of sufficient utensils and cooking stuffs - Housekeeping does not have specific timing, it more relies on occupancy of the hotel. Thus, you need to stay alert until room is cleaned!

the room was nice, enough space, super clean,& the room service where there as a daily bases, the breakfast was ok not bad they can do better specially we are in Jordan and they are famous for good food

the hotel is really close to the main road which is nice, but not nice at the same time because all the noise from the main street is in your room which made it difficult for me to sleep specially at night

The suite was spacious and most importantly clean. The staff were really helpful and the house keeping comes daily. The kitchen is well equipped and the wifi is good. The value we got for the price was 10/10. Perfect if you’re staying in Amman for a couple of days.

The pillows were not comfortable and due to the location being on a main street it is really noisy at night.

Close to convenience store where you can buy food and basic needs. 5 minutes walk to a center where you can buy basic needs. if you want to cook, there is a kitchen. Although, no cooking utensils available. Staff are friendly, approachable and willing to help you anytime. All receptionist can speak English which is an advantage for non Arabic speakers.

Excellent location with nearby restaurants. Well maintained hotel having nice ambience. Continental Breakfast was up-to expectations. Daily room cleaning services. Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Ahmed who is a gentlemen and was very helpful. I stayed during Eid Ul Aadha. He provided valuable information about culture, tourism and food.

Nothing that I observed.

It is close to convenience store where you can buy food and other basic needs. A 5 min walk to a center, where you can buy additional basic needs. There is a kitchen if you want to cook, although there is no cooking utensils. The staff are friendly, accomodating, approachable and willing to help you anytime. All receptionist can speak English which is an advantage to non arabic speaker.

No cooking utensils although there is a kitchen. The curtains are a bit dusty. Should be change regularly. Bad for people with allergic rhinitis.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Safaa, Ayman and Abu Ali who made our stay more enjoyable with their kindness and generosity. The location is close to different attractions and bus stations. Various restaurants and the Safeway supermarket are at a walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was really good, too.

You can’t open the windows. We didn’t find a café nearby but you can order coffee from the hotel, or get some suggestions from the reception.

I liked how the staff welcomed me and he asked me about food and he took care of ordering food for me while im going into the room. The room was super clean .. the quiet area .. a lot of coffee and tea bags and also the most important 3 free big bottles water in the fridge. The double room also was two big rooms one for bed and the other for the TV and a small kitchen ...

I can really say that there is exactly nothing that i disliked here

I would like to thank the staff for their welcome, patience and smile. The location of the hotel is excellent, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is delicious, the services are very excellent, and the service is fast.

Unfortunately I ordered the iron board. They staff brought me one is very bad and very small. This is but me in nervous
