friendly and helpful staff location was very good 15-30 min drive to any place in Amman room was almost as expected near the Safeway hypermarket that is open 24/7 near a huge diversity of restaurants and cafes

private parking without shades across the street and with 2 JOD fees per night a 4 stars hotel is expected to offer free parking for their guests the fridge wasn't cold enough some days the weather was warm and I felt that I needed to turn on the A/C but it wasn't available because it is winter and only central heating is available I had some problems with my room access card multiple times however the staff was very helpful

The Hotel is ideally located - just away from the centre but just off the main airport road, next to the Jett bus station for travelers to Petra or further, and near the Royal Jordanian airport shuttle bus terminal - first class location. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were excellent and willing to assist always. Thanks specially to Shaade for his assistance.

No negative comments. Lacked in room dining as there is no lunch or dinner served from the restaurant.

The location is great, the staff were friendly and helpful, the reception and the room service guy ahmed were the best , also there was a guy in the breakfast area he is so helpful and kind but didn’t catch his name , overall the staff here are very helpful and respectful.

They didn’t change the sheets for 4 days even tho they cleaned the room daily, the refrigerator wasn’t working, the bed is kinda small and not comfy .

The hotel was well located since it wasn't in the same chaotic center of the city, which made it faster to travel to other parts of the country. You also have many restaurants, malls and shops in the area. If you are a non-smoker, request a room on the first or fourth floor. We were there for a 4 night stay and they gave us a quite big and very nice room on the top floor. The bed was very comfortable and they left 2 small bottles of water each day (we really appreciated that). Very good cleaning with change of towels every day. The breakfast is quite complete, cold options: salad, hummus, creams, etc. and hot options: omelettes, beans, tomatoes, potatoes, etc. Juices, teas, coffee, etc.

We do not consider it a negative point for us but for our friends who had some problems in their room. Due to the rains, the hotel had serious leak problems. Despite the fact that our room was perfect, the last night they changed our room since they evacuated the 4th floor by security to fix certain problems in some rooms and the corridor. Either way, we received an equally comfortable room. Still, we consider it a good hotel option in Amman.

Property was in brilliant location, near to all amenities. Staff were cordial, friendly and went out of the way to make things work (that really shows commitment per excellence). Price wise very reasonable for the location and services. Apt for an anchor place in Amman.

Breakfast was good. Good selection of food. The staff were nice and friendly. There are two places to sit, inside and outside. We sat outside and had a great breakfast listening to Fayrouz. Room was good and spacious. Location is superb. Everything is around you; big supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, transportation, airport.... You can get around easily.

The hotel is clean but one pillow case had a stain, I think it's only old and not dirty. But things like that need to be monitored.

Everything was fabulous from the moment I checked in till I checked out. They gave me a free upgrade to an entire suite with an extra large bed and provided us with a lovely, sturdy cot for my baby. The room was huge and spotless, and the bed super comfy. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the man at reception gave me a quick list of all food and shopping places nearby and suggested I try the hotel restaurant, which was great. The food was tasty and well presented, the staff were so friendly and played with my baby while I ate, and the prices were reasonable. They also booked me a shuttle to the airport at 5 am, the chauffer handled all the luggage when we arrived and set them on a trolley. The location is great, lots of places to shop and eat nearby. I will say, the Seven Roses may be a rather small hotel, but it is better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed at, especially the cleanliness and service.

It's a good quality hotel, with comfortable rooms and everything you need for stay in Amman - warm water, good breakfast, nice service. I also highly appreciate that hotel stored my luggage when I was on Petra tour.

It's quite far from the city centre, so you have to take taxis / Uber every time you want to see something in Amman (there is no public transport that you could use as a tourist). But if you are going to pick up a trip, that doesn't matter as the tour company will come to your hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities that we needed. The staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to easily extend then cancel an extra night of stay when we had to travel sooner than expected. The location near the seventh circle is decent and many cafes and restaurants are nearby, and a big supermarket is just around the corner.

The floor tiles of shower at the bathroom is slippery Towels are old; consider changing them by newer towels The (shoe cleaning machine) at the corridor of 3rd floor is malfunction
