The staff were excellent and very welcoming. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The service provided was efficient- inside the room they have buttons for when the room needs cleaning. Whenever we pressed this button the staff came immediately. When we went for breakfast the staff were very attentive ensuring breakfasts were topped up and making sure we were happy. The staff at reception were also very helpful with any queries we had and the reception area is very modern. Based in a great location as soon as you come out there are a wide variety of shops.

Strong water pressure with big round shower head, you can open the windows and get plenty of fresh air. Breakfast included omelets, boiled eggs, lebneh, hummus, local cheeses, fool or very well cooked beans, olives, there were other corn flakes and western type of breakfast that I didn't try. The breakfast room at the the top floor was airy and well organized, thanks to Kamal. Oh the coffee was hot ! I have been to 4 stars hotels with cold coffee at 8:30 AM so I don't take this for granted! Located in mid town Swaifiya within walking distance to 3 malls. Laundry shop was very close.The mall -forgot the name - the one on the same street did have a coffee shop with good pastries and pizza.

The hotel is superb—extremely clean and equipped with everything you could want. Its location is perfect, being close to numerous shops and malls. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast is amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Special thanks to Mr. Khowery for his excellent service! The shower facilities are fantastic and very clean. Shampoo, shower gel, and even drinking water are promptly refilled when they run out. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is a very good location, safe area and opposite of a mall, everything is nearby. The staff are very welcoming and they will guide you to any place you might need and it will be within 10 minutes walk maximum. The room was comfortable and clean, double glazed window. The breakfast is cooked in-house by Kamel, and it looks clean. Husaam was the receptionist and he has a good knowledge about the area. Night receptionist Nooman was available for asking him about the directions. I did enjoy my stay and its apartments, but the service is 5 stars hotel. The furniture is new and modern as the room style.

The people in the room next door were smoking, and the smell came to my room from the door between the rooms. Also, the noise from the other room was loud because of that door and outside in the corridor. The door between the rooms had no lock from my side.

Overall, I had such a fantastic experience that I am already planning to return to Amman, and without a doubt, I will be staying at this exceptional hotel again. The combination of kind staff, complimentary parking and valet service, delectable breakfasts, immaculate rooms, and its prime location make it an absolute must for anyone visiting the area. I liked everything about this property! The staff, the room, the location, the food. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The location is great with so much accessible by foot- food, shopping, banking. Easy to get taxis. They went extra effort to hold our luggage for us while we left for a couple days, they helped us rent a car, and the breakfast host was a delight. I would absolutely stay here again.

The serve a variety selection of local dishes. Waiter is friendly, polite, professional and provide fast service. They go out of their way to help you. Location is exquisite! Khuttar Apartment Hotel is in a very strategic location. It's close to everything you can and cannot think of, such as: Clothes, antique shops, modern and traditional restaurants and Cafe, Currency Exchange, Herbs shops and pharmacies. If you want to shop or explore authentic ambience, this is to place to be at! Housekeeping was great and helpful. Cleanliness of the rooms, restaurant and hotel is impeccable. Everyone in this hotel works hard and really appreciate their endeavors! The Hotel staff works hard and I really appreciate their endeavors! This is a note for customers: The Hotel Staff are not your servants. They're human being just like you, who work hard and genuine to make a living. Therefore, please treat them with respect, as you wish to be treated!

The reception is extremely small and inconvenient :(

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with nice sunrise view. They gave us an upgrade for the room. There wasn't free parking space from the hotel directly but we just parked on the street. Nice location if you have car close to city center but not as noisy as the center. Close to lot of malls and restaurants. Overall would definitely recommend. Maybe pay attention to the location because there are apparently 2 locations with the same name in Amman.

Fabulous hotel at every aspect. Staff at reception are welcoming, friendly and helpful all the time. The breakfast is delicious. The terrace of the breakfast are is wonderful. The waiter is so friendly and helpful and is very polite. The hotel is in a strategic location; it is very close to everything you need. House keeping are also very polite and great. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
