I liked all: prior to our arrival they answered my questions; the carpark underneath was extremely convenient; we were very friendly received and even got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The first day I twisted my ankle real badly and they allowed me to stay in the room until I got picked up. The owner is a medicinal doctor and he gently wrapped up the ankle with bandage for more support. The rooms are very comfortable and great bathroom and bed. The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area but it is 2 minutes walk from shops, restaurants, et cetera. There are buses nearby so easy to get to the ‘old’ center. They even have a wheelchair, which I needed since I couldn’t lean on my foot! Lots of praise for this lovely hotel, real value for money, amd I am still amazed it only has two stars, it really is worth 5!

I have been a regular customer of Naylover Hotel Suites since 2023, having stayed there over 5 times, whenever I visit Amman. With each stay, I have been consistently treated like royalty. The staff here is not only amazing and friendly, but they make you feel truly special with every check-in, as though you are the only guest they have—despite their bustling environment. The hotel hits the mark with everything: location (in the 7th Circle area surrounded by many shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and the C-Town grand store); rooms (tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds and bathroom fitted with a rainshower and a handshower); cleanliness (the cleaning crew always meticulously and thoroughly cleans the room and replenishes it with coffee and teabags, water bottle, etc.); and above all the staff - from the reception desk, to the hotel porters, to the cleaning crew. Each and everyone goes over and above to provide a top notch service and hospitality, consistently checking in to ensure everything exceeds your expectations. Whether for a short or long stay, I highly recommend Naylover Hotel Suites for anyone looking for an exceptional and personalized experience. It's always a pleasure to return!

This is our third time staying here, it's unbeatable, and it's utterly wonderful. The most kindest staff Ahmed, Mahmoud, and Deeb. Everyone, all staff and especially the cleaners that make the place smell heavenly. If they started doing breakfast, we'd never leave!!! Litteraly the best and only place to stay in Amman. It's may be further out but it's a peaceful, with a bakery and supermarket nearby. My friend and I love it here. Shukran for everything. ❤️

This is a repeat stay at Naylover Hotel and is my go-to hotel in Amman, as it provides consistently outstanding service. Best location you can find and best value for the money. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area in the 7th circle, a few minutes walking distance from a major hypermarket and lots of shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and dry cleaning service. The hotel’s highlight is the staff who always make me feel at home as well as the cleaning crew who consistently leave the room spotless clean and always stockpiled with a large water bottle, tea bags, coffee bags, etc. Best place to stay in Amman all around.

Loved everything about this property. It really exceeded my expectations. Everything, the building itself, very tastefully decorated, from the entrance to the halls and the room. I booked a one bedroom suite and it has all the necessities for even long stays. Kitchenette with a microwave and electric kettle (they have a stove that they do not operate to discourage heavy cooking and the offensive smells that may result from this but they do offer a communal kitchen that residents can use), the rain shower head is one of the best I have ever used in a hotel and the bedroom is equipped with a huge floor to ceiling cupboard that allows for maximum storage. The front staff is so warm, welcoming and quick to facilitate checkin. And the cleaning crew always leave the room spotless clean. I really cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and is a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of downtown Amman. There is a front desk with 24 hour staff. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away for you to get all your essentials and a couple of coffee shops. Taxis are able to find the place easily. As you enter you are welcomed by a fresh, clean reception area and a lovely tean. The WiFi is excellent. We booked a 2 bedroom Suite, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed including a good hair dryer and iron. Daily housekeeping is fantastic, our rooms were spotless and smelled amazing. Ahmed was so helpful throughout our stay and helped us with leaving our luggage before our tour of Petra and Wadi Rum. Communication was great and we felt really looked after. Thank you Ahmed and team, you were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend Naylovers.

I have booked this exact location for a one night stay due to its proximity to the Jett bus stop (5 minutes drive by cab). The receptionist that welcomed me was very helpful, he as well upgraded me to a bigger room. The room itself was very comfortable, big enough, clean. The small kitchen seemed useful enough (I had a tea). The bed was super comfortable, the location of the hotel super quiet in the night (I didn't get to experience it during the day). It was a 15 minute drive to the rainbow street (about 5/8 EUR one way by Uber) and about 30 minutes drive to the airport. Keep up the good work and genuine attention you give to your customers.

Convenient, super clean, excellent location. The hospitality and generosity of the Jordanian people is super impressive! . Great communication from the point of booking to the check out. All the staff were super nice and kind to us. We had a great time in the VIP apartment and will come back again when we are in Amman. Our flight was delayed and we missed the first night at the hotel, they very kindly didn’t charge us for the night we missed !!

On-site breakfast would be a bonus, but its not really a problem. Just 5 minutes north of the hotel , there is an amazing bakery with fresh bread and Manaeesh every morning at very good price. We had lots of free Turkish coffee from the hotel every morning with the bakery Manaeesh ;)

The place is comfy, the location, it feels like your staying in the neighborhood, the staff are very helpful, they try their best to help indeed.

I wish if there was a gym, also the parking lots were not available sometimes which it had me to park outside..
