We only regretted that we did not have enough time to use the gym and a swimming pool as we only had a few hours before a next flight - everything went smooth, staff was good and professional - to be honest, one of the best hotels that we stayed in Kenya during our holidays, considering also the value for money - its proximity to the international airport - possibility to order food even later at night and delivery to the room

- it would be great if TVs in the rooms allow to connect to a personal Netflix account for comfortability - breakfast is not included and has to be paid extra

Friendly staff and great service. Reception was good and offered alternatives for a refresh and shower even after checkout due to a late flight. Restaurant staff were always cheerful, helpful, attentive. They have a 24 hours restaurant which is useful. And no attempts to get their guests to leave even when we had finished our meal. Security staff at entrance gate was thorough but did their job with friendliness.

We checked in as a couple but room had only one of everything ... slipper, bathrobe, towel.

All of the staff were very polite, helpful and professional. I would like to make a special mention for the assistance I received from the concierge. I didn’t get the guys name, he told me he had worked for the hotel for about 6 months, he was about 5’ 10” tall with glasses. In short a bag had been delayed arriving from a flight, the concierge made sure that I got access to the baggage office, checked that I had successfully got the bag and then arranged for my return to the hotel, fantastic assistance without which I don’t think I would have been able to recover the missing bag - thank you.

Pool is being refurbished, but the hotel have made arrangements for access to a nearby pool. They have also arranged transport to and from the pool.

The hotel supplies complimentary airport shuttle services and also the breakfast opens very early it is very convenient for the travelers for next day flights. The staffs are very friendly. The hotel is very well maintained. We like it and will choose it again next time.

The socket for international travelers has no power. It will be difficult to charge the phone if you don’t have converter.

Grateful to the evening staff who were really welcoming, helpful (and very patient as my two small children ‘helpfully’ rearranged cushions in reception while i checked in.. ). The hotel also merged my two separate bookings to ensure our family didn’t have to change rooms in between the two solo booked nights (and even upgraded us to the better room! Room was immaculate. We slept like logs. So grateful to you all!

From the airport, the representative was visible and very professional. The room was not only comfortable but well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable. It was also well equipped and presented.

This is most likely not the fault of the hotel, but at some point, there was very loud music at 6:30am in the morning, and as I had just arrived from a long flight journey needing sleep, it made it difficult at the start. However, the music was stopped I am sure by hotel staff and the comfort was resumed.

From the easy check-in to the early check-out and complimentary drop off at the airport, the staff were efficient and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and I appreciated being able to work smoothly in the evening. The short stay meant I saw few of the facilities, but the rooftop restaurant was pleasant – if perhaps not the least expensive option.

I’ve stayed her a number of times and it’s always great. They have the best blackout curtains around, beds are comfy and quiet and breakfast is delicious!!

This is a small comment but it’s time for new towels. Mine were tattered literally falling apart and unraveling. For $200 a night - it could be nicer. Small comment and doesn’t change my mind about the property.

Got a room for my son ready to catch a morning flight. The hotel is right there at the airport, so it's very handy to get to the terminal stress free. He enjoyed staying there, said the food was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed, which was a shame, and my son said that there was piped music everywhere, which got a bit annoying. And there was a hiccup with the online payment, which I think was the fault of booking.com, rather than the hotel, but it was a nuisance.

Complimentary airport pickup and drop-off were much appreciated. The bedding was really comfortable. The support staff was very helpful.

Radio/Alarm clock on table next to bed did not work. Dedicated USB plug for charging ( a phone) did not work. Iron in room was clogged and leaked a lot of water when ironing. The shower gel container was empty.
