Well located. Easy Check in Check out. Comfortable rooms with safe inside.

On all days breakfast buffet is 80% same. For water you have to pay extra, whether it's at Breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The location, facility, and the food

The room has no windows and the AC wasn’t working properly. The room was hot and stuffy

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and the staff go above and beyond being helpful and friendly. If you have a room overlooking the National Park it is possible to see game. The food was very good and the cocktails even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to be near the airport as their taxi service is very good too. They even didn't charge us when our flight was cancelled at the last minute so well done Panari Hotel, we will be back.

The room is clean. Big and comfy bed. Everything is clean like you would expect of a particular hotel. The bathroom is good as well. Room has a tv with many channels (Premier league dstv as well), hot water to make coffee/tea, and a hairdryer as well. A huge variety of food for breakfast as well. The hotel arranged for a pickup at airport for transfer. Will stay again. Recommend. Try the beef sausage at the restaurant, worth it.

1. Very close to airport. 2. We booked bed and breakfast, and checked out at 2 AM. The staff prepared an amazing breakfast box for take away, with warm coffee and tea, and fresh juice. We really appreciate the effort. 3. Good bar. Nice cocktails. 4. Staff 100% vaccinated for covid, and take good measures. 5. Nice noise isolation, do not feel the street noise at all.

1. The pool is very old, not heated, and needs a refresh. 2. We asked reception to help print our PCR test. After giving us the paper, the staff asked us to pay. Although she removed the cost eventually, we are disappointed that a business hotel at this level would charge guests for printing 2 pages. 3. Bath tub needs more cleaning.

The staff at the hotel is super helpful. Everyone was doing the extra mile without hesitation. I had to check in early. No problem. I asked for a car to pick me at airport. No problem. I had to change the room to a more quiet one. No problem. All with a big smile and kindness. Bravo.

The communication about the complementary transfer to airport is not evident. I expected that it's for both directions but apparently it's only one way. To be better communicated in advance please.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and hotel in general. Restaurant serving decent meals and drinks. WIFI worked well. All services efficient and made staying over for a quick business trip, comfortable.

Squeaky fan in room from the aircon vents, had to turn it to setting 1 so that noise disappeared. Some milk or creamer in the room for the coffee and tea table, could be a suggestion for improvement.

Breakfast was great and room was spotless but the carpet was showing its age and it was cream so it showed up all marks

The place was very clean and staff friendly and closed to airport one suggestion on menu there was what was described as a platter but priced 3500 should price 4500 and make it for a couple dining

The staff didnt give any communication about facility.many thing i got to know from the bell man Moses who was wonderful to us throught out the stay. Improve on comunication let the guest know what they can enjoy. Even wifi pasdeord i had to come back down to ask. But when asked they are very friendly and kept smilling.

Being am hotelier I still don’t understand why there was water in the kettle maybe it’s a standard practice, there was no coffee sachets but on the next stay we requested, away from that it was a great stay .
