Food was very good, all staff was very friendly

The roof top pool was out of action and we was not informed of this! We got upstairs in our trucks and towels just to be embarrassed it was closed. I would not of book this hotel at this price if I knew the pool was out of action and to not be told on check in or room subsidised is very poor service! We also booked a taxi using the reception and we were charged a ridiculous amount for 2 short journeys, 3 times more than what we paid earlier during the day.

The staff was very welcoming and nice, also we appreciated the airport shuttle service, which was on time and comfortable. Also the rooms were clean and had all the necessary things. Very nice place to stay specially when coming from or going to the Nairobi International airport.

We were a bit disappointed that the swimming pool didn't work and there was no information about it before hand. It was one of the main features why we decided to stay in this hotel, not any other close by.

- great location , very close to the international airport and they also provide complimentary shuttle service - the breakfast buffet was really good , had every possible cuisine that one could need - have a laundry room for guests which is a life saver if you have been travelling for quite a few days and still have a considerable days of travel ahead of you

- the alacarte menu was very limiting as a vegetarian and the food I ordered was not upto the Hilton standard ( mezze platter)

Booked this for one night between evening and morning flights and loved everything about it. We even got a proper breakfast in the restaurant even if we had to leave already at 6 AM. The hotel had free transport from and to the airport and the wifi was great. In Nairobi Airport you should definitely stay in the airport area for short transfers - much less hassle with the numerous security checks when entering the airport area.

Maybe a bit wider selection in the lobby shop for those who arrive late and would not want to eat a proper dinner any more.

The free shuttle service to and from the hotel was such a great help. The checking in was smooth and EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. As it was a transit stay, I just needed to rest overnight. The beds were so comfortable and I slept so nicely. Bathroom was super clean and the shower was so nice. I absolutely enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Also the breakfast was so amazing, I enjoyed the variety of foods. Live cooking Station was awsum. (delish waffles) 🧇🤣overall this was my best overnight stay ever. The kindness of the staff and the luxury of the hotel really made my layover stay stress free and easy. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely come back.

We needed a hotel between two flights and we chose Hilton Garden Inn for the distance to the airport and the free shuttle. Our room was very nice and spacious. We loved it. The shuttle to the airport was very well organized. Most of the international flights to and from Nairobi are at 2-3 a.m. so this hotel is a great choice to stay before the flight.

Nothing to dislike, all was great.

Excellent facilities. Restaurant, pool, lounge area....BEST surprise was the laundry with free washer and dryer which was so helpful after safari as we had a further 2 weeks of travel in Europe.

A little pricey for room and meals. Not a lot of options nearby for food and the area is NOT walkable despite assurances to the contrary. Scary road in front with no real walkway.

Booking, email responses to queries, shuttle service and shuttle staff excellent!

Maybe a little more lounge area with place to chill in small “nooks” the public lounge area feels very much part of foyer … maybe smaller clusters as it’s very hot and on the road to sit outside! Maybe take a bit of space from dining area which is large and have smaller grouping of comfy chairs .

Beautiful room providing all the comfort I needed after a busy stay in the city. Delicious food and friendly service. I felt replenished after staying with you. Loved the free shuttle bus to the airport. This was so helpful. Thank you.

I was able to extend my stay for a late checkout. it was clean. The guest laundry was great. and one of the best hotel showers I’ve been in, hot water and great pressure!

I was not informed that the pool would be closed for maintenance. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was the pool as I needed to waste a whole day. Restaurant was nice but lots of bugs and flies around the tables. beer served with a chipped glass. few minor things need attention.
