The location and staff were amazing! The staff were responsive, flexible and helpful. There’s a free to use washer and dryer. The roof top is small but it was quiet enough for relaxing. The swimming pool was small but handy. The breakfast restaurant was so handy! They did room service and the dishes I had were delicious. The staff were great too. I walked around and felt safe. Lots of shopping, restaurants and the Yaya centre within walking distance. I got some items to cook and it was nice to be able to do some cooking with local produce.

The shower cubicle was very small, it was very low pressure and you can adjust the height. The tv had weak signal and was placed in an awkward position for a studio room. The microwave was placed quite high.

There's something about this place that is so comforting. Must be a combination of things and staff. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area, peaceful, and has a swing/rocking chair - good for deep thought. Living spaces in the room are excellent with DSTV and great kitchen untensils. I was impressed by the staff courtesy and how they were eager to help. Sheila (I think that was the name) assisted me with a good working chair and even gave me tips to stay healthy while working. Thanks. I definitely recommend this place.

Please put some bin liners in the kitchen. Some tea bags and coffee would be great too.

It is a wonderful place to stay. The studio is equipped with everything that you need. I enjoyed that you can spend the evenings on the sofa and having a well equiped kitchenette. The swimming pool is a bit small for workout but the gym is great as well. The location is great and offers a good variety of restaurants closeby (while being in a quiet street itself) while the one in the hotel offers good food and breakfast as well. Highly recommended to stay there!

Safe and central location with bars and restaurants in walking distance/short Uber ride away. The room had a balcony and there was even a swimming on the rooftop.

There were so many mosquitoes in our room every night. Not sure how they got in or what the reason was. But we ended up with a lot of bites, even though we slept behind the nets. We only got 1 small water bottle when we checked in, not every day.

Facilities were definitely value for money and staff were highly relatable

I would have loved to have the restaurant available during the evening after 8:30pm. Perhaps the idea might to have a night menu that can be delivered from some other organisation, but coordinated by the resception staff - just a thought, as there will be advantages/disadvantages from the organisation's point of view.

The spacious, beautiful room was very clean and very quiet. The shower was hot, although you had to wait for a couple of minutes for the hot water to arrive. Someone came in after 10 am to wash the dirty dishes and pots and pans, and to make the bed.

The toilet leaked some from its base after it was flushed, creating a small puddle on the floor in front of the toilet I told the staff about it, so I presume it was fixed.

There was little not to like here. The shower would take a while to heat up and the android would tv required some patience but no real deal breakers

The shower could be improved, and maybe a couple more utensils in the kitchenette. It could also be a bit noisy when the windows were open, but that's a common problem in Nairobi.

Daily cleaning, good internet, nice hot shower, centrally located. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and plenty. The beds were good and comfortable.

Their TV media box system needs improving. Bit outdated and slow. I would ask if you can get a room above the 4th floor to get a good view.

The location was perfect - close to restaurants and a shopping mall. The staff were lovely, the room spacious and very clean. The restaurant staff downstairs kindly prepared breakfast for us to take on a trip starting very early in the morning. I can't recommend this place enough.
