Safe and central location with bars and restaurants in walking distance/short Uber ride away. The room had a balcony and there was even a swimming on the rooftop.

There were so many mosquitoes in our room every night. Not sure how they got in or what the reason was. But we ended up with a lot of bites, even though we slept behind the nets. We only got 1 small water bottle when we checked in, not every day.

Clean rooms, quiet, excellent staff, Good food and good range of food, good wifi and the location is good. The building is located amongst residential and larger buildings so not a fantastic view but it is pleasant sitting out on the balcony of a evening as is the outdoor area of the restaurant

It was cold when I stayed and could have done with another blanket. I haven't work out how to use the TV yet

The location was perfect - close to restaurants and a shopping mall. The staff were lovely, the room spacious and very clean. The restaurant staff downstairs kindly prepared breakfast for us to take on a trip starting very early in the morning. I can't recommend this place enough.

I like the kitchen staff, the house cleaners and other support staff. They are very lovely set of people.

One of the receptionist and the manager were not considerate in their manner of approach. I was totally disappointed because their action made me loose time

The staff were very helpful, both at the restaurant (Pete's) and the reception. My breakfast was always on time and Mercy-Smith ensured that it was just how I liked it. James, the one in charge of maintenance endured everything was running smoothly and the night/weekend receptionist (I forget her name) was very helpful and made my stay comfortable.

Perhaps the apartments could have some simple basics eg cooking oil, dish washing liquid etc.

Pool, nice personnel who did everything for you. Close to a lot of shopping centers and felt very safe in the area. Was recommended to not go out after dark which is understandable, but didn’t matter since we could order uber eats and there was netflix on the tv.

They will make whatever you like. This is great, when you have children. The laundry facility is also a good feature. The rooftop pool provides a good play location for the children.

We liked it all. There was nothing to complain about.

Good location, good facilities like gym, terrace, pool, washing machine.....! Very close to supermarket. Low risk area. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean place.

The kitchen was poorly equipped. Could be better. Building constructions in the neighbourhood with lot of noise even Sundays, but this has nothing to do with our apartment.

Good location within walking distance of Yaya mall and other amenities. I liked the option of a self-serviced apartment.
