I love the surface that I received from the girls at the front desk reception Safari the bartender was amazing I don’t drink but he stirred up some very good conversation and memories for me in Kenya and Silas who always made sure I was ok when I was sitting in the lounge area The manager of the hotel is amazing…. He is so humble I was talking to him at the bar for a while I’m without even knowing who he was After about a 15 minute conversation I found out that he was the manger. He was very attentive and went beyond his duties to make sure I was comfortable and had a pleasant stay

Great place for a short stay in Nairobi perfect location, spacious room, perfect internet, wonderful staff i would always suggest the Hilton DoubleTree to people who have a short stay or a layover in Nairobi.

it‘s kind of strange, when ever we stay there, we have some minor issues that somehow don’t suit to the Hilton brand. this time we had a cracked window and a sliding door into the bathroom that was blocked.

Perfect stay at double Tree Hilton. The hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated. When we arrived, we were welcome with a delicious cookie. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious - we had a very good sleep. The lunch and breakfast were very qualitative, the dishes made with love and the breakfast buffet was so good. The staff are simply wonderful- the Double Tree angels - special thanks to waiter John who was excellent and so so kind. Thank you everyone for making our stay so memorable - we loved Nairobi.

Location was pretty central, breakfast was good (though it would be great if they offered cappuccinos, not just filter coffee), there was a gym. Room was comfortable.

I'd suggest using jugs of water (I know not many hotels do this though) as there was never enough, though you could request more bottles if you wanted. The pool wasn't ready to be used.

Plenty of Staff on hand to assist you. It was walking distance to the malls and a bar was right up the street.

plenty of people were watching as you walked so make sure you are aware of your surroundings. Their is no police presents from what I seen.

I liked the breakfast and staff service, even up to GM. The facility is very good and location as well. Over all A grade.

Giving only one key for 2 people staying in the room caused lots of issues, but was later rectified. The time to make a large order of pizzas (5) was like 45min and that needs to change.

Staff was absolutely amazing, they organized things for me and helped big time. Hotel is really nice and it is great place for spending time in Nairobi. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Breakfast was not nice. Poorly organized and bad food choices. For Hilton hotel and country that is so rich in fruit and spices there is no reason not to have amazing breakfast. For other meals, like lunch and dinner they are making nice dishes which means they know how to do so. Staff confused because it is buffet but not really since some things you can take yourself and some you need to wait for staff to give you, and noone knows which are which. All in all it is not organized well.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful receptionist! We could do early check for a small fee due to early arrival and also store our luggage for free for a couple of days while on safari. Rooms are spacious and bed was comfy. Breakfast had a large selection and was good. Would highly recommend!

Staff go above and beyond to meet your every need. On our last day an arrange tour was cancelled and the person on the front desk was quick to suggest an alternative drive/guide and arrange this for us. All staff were very professional, kind and helpful. Excellent food and room service especially the pizza. Staff were very generous to order just before kitchen closing time on a night we had left it too late to go out for food.
