I love everything about the hotel. The Hotel room is sooo spacious, the toliet is soo modern. The Pool is big and marvellous. You could literally spend the whole day by the pool. Brekafast spread was amazing. The staff is soo courteous and respectful, they followed every single request and they follow up with my expectations through whatsapp chat. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Even though the price is alittle high but its worth the experience and comfort.

Dislike the soft pillows, i had to contact the staff through whatsapp chat to change for a harder pillow. The soundproofing can be improve, i can hear my neighbouring room talking and also the door closing from outside. Other guests walking by along the corridor. Other than these minor incoviences, this hotel has exceeded my expectations miles ahead.

Breakfast, very friendly, helpful staff and a nice room with great view. Pool was also great and gym. Very clean. FO stayed in touch during our stay, which was nice as well.

We joined the buffet for lunch on day of departure, but perhaps should not have done this, as there were things they ran out of like lamb. It was very busy though, so maybe F&B can consider to reject us or only offer a la carte. Could've added coffee to the lunch, however we understand that all those people taking part in the meeting rooms can take theirs there. Also saw that during lunch there were people setting up a dinner and GM had a lunch, which perhaps also made the staff unable to care much about running out of foods.

Everything was just perfect. The rooms were elegant yet modern, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet had variations every day and a great variety of western and asian dishes, the staff was helpful, always smiling and making you feel valued as their guest. Especially Ibe from breakfast staff deserves a positive recognition for her friendly personality. We will definately come back here. The sea grain restaurant is also worth a visit.

The buffets for breakfast and dinner were absolutely spectacular! Really liked the light under the bed. Good light blocking curtains. Spacious shower with great water and temp. Check in was easy and they gave us cookies! Liked the additional security around the property.

It's really hot and still in the pool area because of the wall. It's really close to a mosque so calls to worship interferred with sleep. Hair dryer didn't work. It was replaced but then disappearred again. Wash clothes would have been nice.

During my recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jakarta - Diponegoro from June 10 to June 12, I had the pleasure of experiencing not only a great stay but also excellent hospitality and delightful dining at the hotel's ground floor restaurant. The check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, thanks to the receptionist, whose name I sadly forgot. At the restaurant, Ibe epitomized warmth and attentiveness, noticing my hesitation at the bread section and immediately offering assistance. Agus quickly addressed my initial discomfort at the entrance by welcoming me warmly and ensuring my coffee preference was met. Nova and Malfa were incredibly responsive, quick, and polite, making the dining experience efficient and pleasant. Daniel at the egg station ensured each guest was satisfied, showcasing his dedication and skill. Abi's cheerful attitude and professional service further enhanced the enjoyable atmosphere. Natashia warmly greeted me on my first night, ensuring a pleasant dinner after a long day of travel. Overall, the exceptional service from both the reception and restaurant staff made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

A minor issue arose regarding a nurse service charge, which I was not informed about in advance. Despite this, Malik handled the situation professionally, and I suggested to Dilla and Ihsan that guests be informed of any non-complimentary services upfront. Overall, the exceptional service from the restaurant staff made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

The thing that really made us go "wow" was the friendliness of the staff. The Hotel is doing something right to have a team so engaged and proud of the place they work, The team went the full distance for us, and were always welcoming and accommodating. Chandra in the restaurant was outstanding with his service each night. Front desk, pool, restaurant, house keeping and the Concierge desk all went out of their way to ensure we fell in love with the property and its staff.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights after a long flight. We got the luxurious feel we wanted for sure. Great staff who were very helpful and kind. Great pool area. Great bathroom and bed! We were not very inclined to go out into the city since it's very crowded and air quality is really bad. We did however go to a local joint to eat, after asking the receptionist for some local tips, which was very nice.

A great stay but wouldn't say I'd like to spend more than 2 nights here, but that might have to do more with our preferences (we were here to backpack through Indonesia after all). I'd advise against the breakfast buffet as well, it is just too much and you can only eat so much... it is also quite expensive (but as said, many options). You can also order just what you want for a lower price I think.

Breakfast was excellent, one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had. Room was clean and well organised, staff were attentive and polite

Unsure how it happened but apparently when I had booked, for two people, I had only paid for one breakfast so had to pay for a second when I got there. Also I could have sworn there was a free shuttle included and when I called two weeks before we arrived to organise it I was told that it is only if it’s available, and to call the day before I got there. When I did I was told that there wasn’t any free shuttle, but they could organise a transfer for 600,000 - two to three times more expensive than a cab.

Very nice buffet breakfast. Clean comfortable room and bathroom. Gym outdoor and indoor was good.

I had a New Year’s Eve dinner in Sea Grain Restaurant & Bar, food was nice however when we left the staff reacted as if we were leaving without settling the payment. We felt quite insulted. Another incident was during check out, the front office assistant was extremely rude, no greeting, no smile and didn’t want to give a receipt for the check out. she finally printed it out but handed it without an envelope. We were extremely appalled..!! having travelled all around Asia and Europe we hope you will improve your staff’s standards of customer service.
