Sleep Inn - Nampa

Breakfast was good, but would have liked Bananas! Doughnuts were the best! The beds were just the right comfort level--soft. Cable TV could have been better! Staff was the best out of every hotel/motel I've ever stayed in!

If you wanted to watch Sports and News, this is the place for you. The doors to the rooms could use more "gas" in the Door Closers; doors are very heavy and they slam with a loud bang which startles even me and I'm a sound sleeper!

there was 2 of 3 lightbulbs out above the bathroom sink mirror, 2 of the 3 lamps in the room didn’t work and the batteries were taped in the remote with duct tape so I had to push them in to get the remote to work. there was caution tape across both sides of the lobby entrance so we had to step over it to get into the door, with no wheelchair accessible access to lobby doors

The lady at front desk was genuinely friendly, like she enjoyed her job. The room was very clean and fresh smelling. Easily the best housekeeping for a hotel in this price range. All in-room appliances worked. Huge bathroom with all amenities. Very, very clean as well. Except for dogs barking across the hall, it was pretty quiet being next to freeway. Definitely our new choice for lodging when we're in town visiting our kids and grandkids.

One of two window latches broken and screen was bent as if someone has attempted to enter room through window. Desk chair was worn and almost tipped over backwards on me. Lighting was a little harsh, non-dimmable. A night light would have been very useful. Not very soundproof. We could hear resident's small dogs barking from across the hall.

The staff were very understanding when we called for a later check in and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was exactly what was described when reserving it. The sheets were clean and the bed was made just fine. There weren't any missed messes on the tables, counter tops, or carpet. The location of the hotel was only a short drive to our venue and is very close to many restaurants as well. I will definitely be staying here next time I need a hotel in the area.

The room was smaller than other places we've stayed, but clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. Breakfast had a lot of options. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and orange juice, which you don't often find at other establishments.

The hair dryer didn't have heat, it appeared to be just blowing air so it took a long time for me to dry my hair. It did warm up eventually, but was only warm not hot.

Housekeeping was great!!😁 We didn't want any service except towels and a few items but were still great!! The front desk staff were great as well...very welcoming 🥰..Thank you for the great stay and will be returning!!

That the hot tub jets weren't working very well and sometimes way to much chlorine..but overall great stay.

The front office check in person was very friendly and efficient

the breakfast room was not checked on. The food was not replenished . we felt like we were just getting what was left over even the coffee pots were empty

Bedding, breakfast included, clean room and nice shower.

Noise, from other guests. Didn't have my room request of one bed Queen. Got 2 Dbl beds. I made the reservation well in advance. First floor 1 queen bed. Problem once with back door using room card.

Liked the location and personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Your hotel needs a little TLC. Not just patches on the doors, trimmed fixed, just little things here and there.

Room was clean and tidy. Perfect for an overnighter.

No heat in bathroom so the mirror would fog. Breakfast was mostly pre-packaged food, no scrambled eggs or bacon like I am used to with a continental breakfast.
