Comfort Suites

The room was cool and comfortable. It is newly renovated having just opened up recently as the Comfort Suites at this location. I loved the pool and spa area and the beds were nice and comfy. I also appreciated that housekeeping comes in each day to make beds and clean up unless you ask them not to. A lot of hotels got away from this with covid and personally I have really missed it as I feel that's part of staying in a hotel. It was so nice to get back after a full day of baseball and have a nice clean room and turned down beds.

The breakfast was great the first time we went but, Monday morning when we were getting ready to head out they were out of milk, yogurt, and a few other things making the selection very limited. This is an area that could be improved upon but definitely not complaining since as a new location there are always glitches to be worked through and we were glad to have it included in the cost. We also would have liked it to go a little later. Breakfast hours are 6:30 - 9:30 but, on the weekends we felt it should go till at least 10 or 10:30.

The cost of the room with the accommodations was on point. Location was more than perfect for our needs as it was less than a 30 minute drive to get where I needed to go. The bedd were amazing and I absolutely love the bed in the bag for the pull out bed idea and it was put together so well!

I believe the hours for breakfast could have been a little more convenient; I had to be at an appointment at 7:00 a.m. breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:00 I believe although those seem like pretty normal or accommodating I feel like they could have been a little longer of a time frame like 6 to 10:00 or 6:30 to 10:30 not everybody travels for business purposes and even in my case where I did I still wasn't able to enjoy the included breakfast because of the time frames. I also think that if there were plastic utensils included with the coffee accommodations that would be super helpful

The hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast has something for everyone. It includes hot food aside from the standard fare, i.e., fruit, yogurt, juice, etc.

My only problem with the hotel was that they were unwilling to make any changes to our reservation since it was made through a third party. We were unable to get a refund when we had to leave a day early early. The hotel was unwilling to add another person to our room because they viewed that as a "change" in the reservation. Since we were't going to be able to utilize the last night of our stay, and the room was prepaid, we wished to give the room to a family member for that night. The hotel was unwilling to accommodate us.

Size of the room. Cleanliness. Comfort of the room.

One morning they ran out of food an hour before breakfast closed. It took the staff over 30 min to cook more hot food and it was gone in an instant still leaving some guests without a hot breakfast. Did not use pool due to their no unregistered guest swimmer policy.

The location was convenient. It was nice to enjoy peace and quiet. Outside noise from other guests or the interstate was not an issue.

Breakfast selection was minimal, not much for those with allergies to select from. Airflow from AC is blocked by white curtains that didn't open.

Staff was excellent. Was greeted kindly by not just the desk person, but by those handling breakfast and maids too. Staff even helped when my autistic boys were being a pain. My boys have asked when we're going back lol.

Can't think of anything we disliked.

There was a earwig in the bathroom and the Jets on the tub weren’t very clean. I also didn’t like that when I first called the hotel the lady said they didn’t have anymore rooms with jetted tubs available however, a different location told me that they did have one so I had to call her again to tell her online it says it’s available.

The staff was so very helpful, we had a late checkin and they were very accommodating. The whole place was exceptionally clean, room was spacious and clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing!!

It was a little confusing to find

Front desk person was awesome, it was great to have an elevator, and my breakfast was great (my family not so great because there was a team that wiped out the breakfast stuff😢)

Sink was slow to drain, even brushing your teeth backed it up

Family friendly. Great breakfast options. Feels safe. Conveniently located. We enjoyed the large room 2 kids and myself fit comfortably in the king suite. Pool was nice to entertain kids.

Pictures differ from reality. But it was great non the less. A little dated, but great.
