Water pressure, the pool and hot tub, easy key entry. I honestly think if this hotel fixed some things, they could get another star. The toiletries. The breakfast many choices.

Mold and mildew in the shower, the shower felt like I could fall through the bottom, and of course the number one complain fix the caulking, the breakfast, you really need to step up your sausage game. The closet door was hard to open. The sink water had bubbles in it. In the morning time, I could see hairs in the overflow.

The room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable. The facility was well maintained and clean. They were able to accommodate my request for a walk in shower which was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wasn't too impressed by the breakfast; too many sweet things, heavy on carbs and light on protein. My only complaint is that facilities seem to always put the rooms for handicapped folks at the end of the hallway; this isn't only you it seems to be universal. The less walking I have to do the happier I am.

We loved our spacious room! The entire hotel was clean and quiet. Every member of the staff we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were amazing. There was a nice variety to choose from for breakfast and always hot coffee and tea available. The beds were comfortable. And I loved that it was a pet friendly place without smelling or sounding like one.

The parking lot in the back of the hotel was not lit very well.

Very comfortable bed and seating. Due to Covid breakfast reduced but understandable.

Location - easy access to freeway, lots of restaurants to choose from. Facility - nice green area for 4 legged furmly, super clean and well thought design of room. Nice breakfast. Very comfortable. One of the best La Quinta we have ever stayed.

You may hear noise like someone's door closing, talking in the hallway through bottom opening of the door.

My room was comfy and safe. I appreciated the coffee and breakfast very much. My trip was due to my disabled veteran brother being in the hospital and I was thankful that when I had to extend my 7 days to 9 that I was given the hospital rate for the last 2 nights. Darcy was exceptional help!

The only thing that wasn't super comfy was the pillows. Out of 6 pillows in my room, they were all lumpy I am assuming from them going through the laundry, which I appreciated that. One other thing that would have been a "wish" of mine is maybe a bench or table of some kind outside to sit and have my coffee in the mornings.

Shower with two heads was exceptionally powerful. Good bedding, too. Reasonable price was appreciated as well. Our room was very quiet since it was not on the louder freeway side of this motel.

Covid precautions were way too lax, especially at a time (September) when the pandemic as raging in Idaho. Desk clerk wore no mask at check-in. Exercise room had 4 people using the small space even though a sign at the entrance said only 2 people allowed in at once. Someone from the front office should have been checking the exercise room and the crowded swimming pool with some regularity for Covid safety measures.

Breakfast selections were great. Cereal, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, bagels etc. Nice staff, very helpful with listing of local restaurants for dinner selections.

Would have been nice if we could have left our dog in the room when we went to get our takeout dinner, or use the pool.

Friendly and very helpful young woman at the front desk. Pool and hot tub were clean. Only complaint is the vending machines were not working, but then we realized there were a few items available at the front desk such as candy and microwavable snacks. Overall, a very good stay. We would book here again.

Jordan at the front desk was absolutely top notch, very very impressed with him! Beds were very comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was pretty standard and good. Location was easy to jump on the interstate and avoid traffic, and couldnt hear street traffic.

Most things were great, no bathroom fan was probably the only thing I can think of.
