Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro

The room was wonderful, with a separate "living room area". After being on the road for 2 days, it was a very welcome respite! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean

Breakfast was disappointing - basically a bagel in a box with a couple of hard boiled eggs. There was good hot coffee, and all of it was portable so I took it up to my room. It seems the post-covid hotel amenity of "breakfast included" has been trimmed back and not just at this hotel.

I had to abandon a bad Airbnb elsewhere in Jonesboro, and the Hilton Garden Inn came to my rescue. It was a busy weekend with a huge family reunion and return-to-school activities at Arkansas State. The only available room was an accessible/hearing impaired room, which was actually perfect... wide doorways, elegant and comfortable room layout, spacious bathroom. It was a bit pricier than I usually like to pay, but it was worthwhile.

Of course there can always be improvements in cleanliness. However, what I liked the most was the fact the management group that owns this location will allow bibles in the room. I found that not all groups will allow this. I will NOT stay at any property that won't allow a Bible to be in the room. I had a great conversation with the lady at the front desk regarding this policy.

I didn’t like that they charged me 26 dollars for a breakfast when I already spent almost 200 for an overnight stay.

The price was reasonable, the staff was helpful and friendly, we felt safe with having our children there, it was close to our relative and our daughter at college, clean, innovative about dealing with covid rules concerning dinning. My wife travels a lot for work and most hotels have completely stopped breakfast, we were surprised when we were given the choice of coffee and a sack breakfast, very appreciated and uses " thinking outside the box" as my traveling wife said. We were all well rested and well taken care of by the staff, we enjoyed being able to have down time by taking advantage of outside seating areas and visiting with relatives that live in town. There were nice and well maintained smoking areas for my wife,

Pool much smaller than anticipated. Evening bar and grill closed days before the holiday.

IT WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN AND WHEN WE ASKED FOR ANYTHING THEY WERE HELPFUL AND KIND. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! AND I WILL DEF STAY AGAIN WEEATHER ITS IN JONOBORS OR SOMEWHERE ELSE ILL FIND A HILTON GARDEN TO STAY IN!

The location and cleanliness were both great.

The lady at the front desk told us we'd be able to pay with cash when we checked out but we were unable to since we booked through a third party site. Booking.com also stated there was a hot tub which there was not and the pool was closed.

I can’t say enough about how helpful and kind the staff is. I am sure the lady at the desk thought we were driving off to our deaths in horrible snowy and icy conditions. She gave us extra water and food and I won’t forget her kindness. BTW, we did make it but it was white knuckle driving. Thank you.
