the king room w hot tub in the room. great for a quick last minute date night… it was much needed

check out time was 11am we laid down and went back to sleep and housekeeping walked in and we just stared at each other… she said oh sorry and walked back out. i don’t remember her knocking and neither does my husband but it’s possible she did. we didn’t have the chain locked bc we had came back from eating breakfast and fell back asleep. we didn’t complain. just hopefully in the future she doesn’t do that to others. she might get someone whose hard to deal with. it was a little annoying but not worth complaining to the manager or nothing about. it was an accident no biggie

Loved the hot tub. It was relaxing and very enjoyable.

The breakfast had nothing I could eat because I have to eat gluten free. There were no meats or eggs for breakfast. We had a issue with the people on the top floor that woke us up. It sounded like a heard of elephants up there at 2 in the morning so we called the front office and then didn't hear anything else.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was close to restaurants and the ball fields. Friendly price. The guy who came to fix things in our room was prompt, friendly, and helpful.

I didn’t like having to pay the $100 deposit at check-in. The breakfast was extremely limited with only apples, danish, chocolate muffin, white bread to toast and juice & coffee. The toilet and tv remote were not working when we checked in to our room. Both problems were resolved promptly.

and the end of my stay I received my 100 deposit back and the my started calling me saying that they didn’t receive my money when I checked in the money was taken off my card . the man charged me and they are saying they didn’t

Hotel was clean and beds very comfortable. Some smell in the carpeted hallway but it had been raining in Paragould for days so could have been due to wet carpet. The front desk employee, who was the only employee I saw, went above and beyond to help two other guests I observed check in. They were elderly couples where one of the two had mobility issues. Her dedication to assisting them was something I have not seen at a hotel/motel in a long time.

Location was fine. Breakfast what breakfast? I mean we were told that breakfast was from 730 to 830. We got there at 8 am no breakfast.

Those orange walls were hideous. Locked gates and doors making me scrambled to find a way out in the morning. What the heck. Not cool. Not cool at all. Not safe. Unacceptable

The staff was wonderful. This is the cleanest Super 8 I have ever been in. It was quiet and we were able to get a good night sleep.

The shower head needs updated because the water pressure was poor.

our room was on the main road side so heard traffic while trying to sleep. took shower at 8 am and despite running water for several minutes the water was barely Luke warm.

The area was good and the employees were nice.

The bathtub had mold around the edges and the plug in the bathroom would not hold my hair dryer or straightener. I had to plug them up in the other room.
