The breakfast was nice. Plenty of options and the lady kept a clean area. Very attentive to needs of guests.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with respect and great manners. The room was clean and the whole placed smelled clean. The pool was great and open late. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended.

The greeting and personable service by Sarah at the front desk. The rooms we had (301 & 401), were amazing and allowed excess room to work and entertain guest. The facility, parking lot, etc., seem very safe and secure.
There wasn't anything that I disliked. Great location by I-40. Everyone will say a lower rate would help. It was a great business trip and zero complaints from my me or my fellow worker.

It was very clean
The room we were given was very small and very close to an interstate highway. Extremely noisy so no sleep. We were moving across the country so had many hotel stays and this was by far the most expensive. We stayed in a Hilton the night before for 110. Pet fees made this one 160.00 for an extremely noisy small room where we didn’t get much rest listening to semi trucks all night. There was no breakfast accommodation for Covid either. After staying several hotels on this move this was the only one that didn’t have anything at all. Most had a grab and go bag of some sort. Sorry I definitely would not recommend.

Staff was extremely nice. With the changed rules/protocols now, everything was explained (pool use/breakfast, etc.). Pretty new property and VERY clean.
Not enough towels in the room.....nothing a a phone call didn't fix so really not a "didn't like".

The location was ideal for me. Parking was great, unit had all amenities and was well stocked and clean. I drink alot of coffee and was always given more with a smile when I asked for more coffee packets.
Mattress needed turned or replaced. It had a massive divot on one side of it.
