The cleanliness. The pool and the hot tub were excellent and very clean. Made sure we had everything we needed in our room.

The young girl at the front desk was a little rude. My card was charged twice and I was trying to get it handled and she just had a bit of attitude

The bed was comfortable, it was in a great location and they had a hot continental breakfast. The lobby had iced water, lemon infused water , coffee, cookies and popcorn.

Staff was not overly friendly and bathroom had shampoo and soap still in the bathroom from previous guest

The bed was very comfortable it was clean and it's not to far from the beach close to lots of places.

One guy at the front didn't seem very friendly.

I enjoyed the breakfast. My friends were a bit slow and thought it lasted longer, and did not get to eat breakfast there.

The breakfast time could have gone to 10 AM for late risers.

The location was good in reference to closeness to Jekyll but not exactly where I thought it was when I booked. Everything in the room was nice. Our a/c was not cool enough so they wound up replacing the entire unit the next day, thank goodness. It worked great after that.

The ice machines were all down. The breakfast was almost out when we tried one morning, even though there was 30 minutes left of the time it was being served.

Didn't eat breakfast.... location close to highway so fast exit out.

The elevator was out, so had to do the stairs with heavy luggage. Room wasn't as clean as usual. Remote for TV was missing but staff was quick to address this.

The location was great for my trip. The staff was doing the best it could with the current conditions. (The ability for any business to get good help right now is a struggle I am very familiar with as a small business owner.)

May stay was not what it would have been pre-pandemic. Obviously we all struggling to get our businesses back to where they were 14 months ago so I don't think it's fair to criticize any business these days.

I didn't mention it but or fridge was not clean out. A pizza box and a box that had three cans of beer in it.

Breakfast was good. The room was better than expected.

The indoor pool and hot tub were not working. That was why I booked this hotel. The water pressure was just ok.
