The facility is nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and the location is central to the city. I will certainly re-visit this hotel and I recommend it to others!

The cleanliness of the facility and its central location. Also, having breakfast prepared everyday was truly a bonus.

Room was comfy. Beds were clean and well kept. Amenities were decent; they had a gym, evelvators working and clean, pool, and work rental room. We had a 2 queen room, with a small desk and lounge chair. They had a small fridge and a microwave which were super convenient for drinks and warming up foods/drinks. Coffee was okay served in the room by the coffee maker. I definitely liked the one served in the mornings better.

Wish we had more options for breakfast items and we could request late check ins when we book rather than call ahead. Pool had werid hours, wish it was open as covid guidelines have lightened up in neighboring hotels for their pools.

Jacqueline who worked in the morning breakfast staff was friendly and provided a great service. She keep the food well stocked and the area cleaned. The housekeepers were equally as kind and helpful. Our rooms looked great.

The breakfast was okay. I understand COVID played a huge role in what the offerings may be available today.

My room size was great, clean and comfortable. The staff polite. The breakfast was excellent.

Water on floor before you get to the elevator and inside the elevator. They did not have wet floor signs where guests come from the pool.

The breakfast was alright, scrambled eggs,turkey sausage,biscuits and gravy toast,mini muffins,bagels with cream cheese, no cereal, chocolate milk, white milk,coffee, cranberry juice,apple juice and orange juice. Plastic silverware, paper plates, and napkins and disposable cups.

I did not like that all hand sanitizing stations had no hand sanitizer in them.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable!

The pool was closed the whole time we were there and it was hot as can be out, that was a huge disappointment.. Half the staff was miserable but the other half were so friendly and accommodating. Some of them went above and beyond to make “a New Yorker” feel at home which was so nice!

The bed and pillows are so soft, the breakfast was good, The direct tv was great.

There was an issue with the AC unit in the room

Great location. Cleanness and great breakfast. Was about to take my kids swimming!

Actually we did not eat breakfast there We came to enjoy the Swinging Medallion's Band at the Spring Fling and visit with old friends. Execellent trip!
