Very beautiful resort. Friendly staff, nice food. The grounds were well kept and pools were clean. We loved every moment and I'm ready to go back. Videos on youtube

Only concern was, the rooms were not attended during visit. I had to go get towels. coffee, water, etc.

Love this place! Love the grounds, the pool, everything about this place is great! The rooms are great too. I would love to go when the lake is open. We seem to go on spring break and they have it closed at that time. The location is perfect! You feel like there should be a beach right behind you. Very tropical feeling. Yet close to fun things to do.

We got a room right next to the elevator. It was so loud, and you could feel it in our bed. My husband had called and complained. They kept telling us that the manager would call us back. They never did. We definitely should have been moved or given something for putting up with that for 4 nights. We had called twice and no one ever got back with us. Costumer service needs to be better.

I called the front desk and asked for the room to be "freshen-up." Unfortunately, that did not happen between the first and second day, so we asked the lady making up new rooms, if she would give us fresh towels . Yes did, but she did not speak english which took a few minutes for me to remomber mu high scool spanish -

Just make sure when a quest asks for a freshen up. it's done!

The location, rooms, facilities and staff are just excellent! We had a lake view and watched the fireworks from our bedroom couldn’t have had a better location where we didn’t have to deal with the crowds of the strip. We’re locals so anytime we can do something fun and not have to deal with the strip we are there

There was a Nationals Dance Competition the weekend and week after the 4th. Kudos to the property getting booked out and putting those meeting rooms to good use but it was beyond over ran with children. Made it impossible to use the elevators (yes I know use the stairs… well the stairs only empty outside you can’t get back into the rooms so basically they are emergency only) the lounge and the coffee shop were overwhelmed at all times of the 3 days we stayed there. The pool the lobby literally couldnt even walk down a hall without being surrounded by young little dancers. Made our stay just a bit less relaxing.

nice setting, Lake is very scenic, welcome respite from the strip. seemed very newly built, everything was clean & well maintained. the valet & bell staff were great. good breakfast.

an adult only pool would have been nice (one pool was closed when we visited & the one that was open was predictably overrun with kids), the service in Ricks cafe & Arabesque lounge was friendly but very slow.

Room was great. Service was good. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The prices for the food and bar drinks were extremely high. My husband and I ate at Rick’s Cafe. He had the scallops and I ordered Southwestern Pasta. No salad. We got our plates and he received three scallops for 35 dollars. We were told there was no sour dough bread to be had which it specified came with meal.

Absolutely love this place, we stay here almost every time we come to Vegas. No casino on the property so no-smoking or lingering stale cigarette smell. It's located in beautiful Lake Las Vegas with 2 well maintained swimming pools, a Spa & great options for dining right on sight.

We wished more people were there to keep them at full occupancy. We’d hate to lose the Westin in Lake Las Vegas! It’s the best place to stay! We love it so much!

Staff were excellent, location was also excellent. Just wanted more activities available and more restaurants open and available.

Stairways on exterior were very dirty full of leaves and trash. Not everything was open or available for use either. Also a lot of basic finish work on maintenance items in the bathroom. And overall the facility could use some updating.

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, grounds, restaurants. All the staff was very nice and service was great.

The bed was very hard. I would have liked to have more movies available on TV, like pay per view, for the recent movies out in the theaters. We couldn't get our amazon prime or netflicks to work. It would have been nice to have 2 robes in the room.
