MainStay Suites Hobbs

Very comfortable beds, friendly staff, huge room great location.

The little market was obnoxious because you had to wait for people checking in before you could pay. I think the property could use some vending machines.

Everything was extraordinary! But what I liked the most was the kindness and friendliness there.

What I didn’t like was there was not enough parking for both hotels.

Dawn puts out an excellent breakfast every morning.

The WIFI is very weak.and I lose connection a lot. The light closest to the kitchen sink does not work.

Room was spacious.

The pull out sofas could use new mattresses. Also very difficult to put back. Had to call maintenance to put the bed back into the sofa

My only complaint was there was no air in the halls I. The mainstay side the walk through the halls and in the elevator was crazy hot

there was an issue with the door locking for my young daughter and amanda didn't hesitate to move her to another room. she was terrific !

It is very clean and well kept. The room looks exactly like the pictures. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

No jacuzzi but the pool would suffice.

Nice big room with fully equipped kitchen, comfy king bed and 2 TV's

Toilet seat was very loose. Walking between the Comfort Suites Lobby and our room was problematic due to water on the floor. This was present when we checked in and when we checked out and the water made the floor very slippery.

It was quiet to get a good night's sleep. Room is very spacious air conditioner and heater worked really good. It had good Wi-Fi and tv service was great as well. Housekeeping was also great every morning.

There was not a good variety for breakfast, but what was offered was good.
