The location was excellent and the staff was great.

The location is old and dated. Needs to ne renovated, the pool area furniture was quite worn, bathroom did not have vents. Had to leave door open so bathroom did not get stuffy, televisions more than 10 years old not smart. The door locks were updated and the mark where old lock was were visible on all room doors. Doors were not painted so that defect would not be seen.For the price we paid the property did not meet expectations. Maybe the owners feel because location is ideal upgrades are not necessary? The property is well used and greatly in need of renovations. Especially, because of the price to stay there.

walking so far away to the beach with knee problems. I thought we would be able to walk out of the hotel to the beach not having to walk across the street and please put rugs down to catch the water when coming from the pool. This is certainly an issue for that could be legal if someone falls.

There is nothing I did not like at this excellent facility. my only negative comment is that I had to lift the cart down and up the wooden stairs. One side ramp would have made our lives easier.

Hotel was clean, good breakfast, location from the beach is great, staff were ready for any question, housekeeping service when you call for it is good.

What I didn’t like about the property is that they gave me card for drink (include 2 drinks per day), the service is from 4 pm to 8 pm, as I arrived to the hotel after 8 pm the beverage for the 1st day is lost and you can not use the card for the following day and the checkout is at 11 am, so the beverage for the last day is missed also; the property should have a Bar with a little more extended hours.

The hotel lobby snd bar were really nice. The staff was friendly especially the gentleman at the front desk with the long beard and impeccable style. He was really warm and welcoming and had suggestions on how to enjoy our stay. Very close to the beach and the hotel offers a private entrance to the beach. Free drinks every night and the breakfast was good!

Our hotel room was nice but the bathroom needs to be updated. The vent didn’t work, there was rust in the bath tub and limited supplies in the bathroom.

The property has a perfect location, near the beach, food and amenities. The king room is a great size with living space, large bathroom with tub, refrigerator, bar sink and large master bedroom with a vanity sink area. The living space and bedroom both have ceiling fans which is a big bonus for us. We came back for a second week because we enjoy this property. The breakfast has custom omelet bar, multiple hot items, cereal, oatmeal, muffins and fruit. Just a delight every morning. There is also the nightly snacks and drinks. Just really enjoy the private beach in this beautiful area

Beautiful hotel right across the street from the beach! All of the staff was so kind and accommodating to whatever we needed. The restaurant is delicious and the waiter was amazing. Free breakfast and happy hour drinks are a plus also. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable! Staff was happy to give us extra towels and whatever we needed. Beach towels are included also!

The bedroom was about 15 degrees warmer than the living room area. I can’t sleep if I’m hot, so even though the bed was comfy, i didn’t sleep much. We didn’t tell anyone this, as we weren’t sure there was much they could do- so, in their defense, they didn’t have a chance to fix it. Also, wish there was some sort of broom and dust pan or something to clean up sand since housekeeping doesn’t come in daily. It got so sandy in our room and i would have liked to have been able to clean it up.

super close to the beach with private access. amazing breakfast, cooks were very friendly, beds were the most comfortable beds ever, loved having a bar in the hotel, pool and hot tub were wonderful, clean rooms, close to any and every attraction you’d want including food, fun, many beaches.

the bartenders were not friendly at all. you can’t put your own beach chairs on the beach unless they are really far towards the water or back by the dunes, which is how they kinda force you to rent chairs. $15 per chair and $15 for an umbrella.

We really weren't sure what to expect. We booked this room the day before arrival, with no plans. There were very few room available so we were a bit nervous but embassy suites blew us away!!. The staff was so kind and courteous, the hotel was clean and the free breakfast and happy hour?!- absolutely delicious. O and the location was perfect just a short walk across the street to the most beautiful beach I have ever seen!! We will definitely be exclusively trying to only stay at embassy suites during future travels!!
