The bar and the pool/ location to the beach and surroundings were amazing.

The Ac/Heat in the room kept kicking on at night and making horrible noises. Then we couldn't get the setting to stop changing back. Motion sensor my husband said. It was annoying! The hotel moved us to a room we didn't book, they said ours was unavailable? My spouse and I had to sleep in separate beds, the beds were small - and then the heat kept coming on. We initially booked a King room. The new room was not the correct view, but we didn't have much choice in the matter. They did comp the resort charges and said they would credit us for unused vouchers, but I didn't see those credits posted as promised.

It is a wonderful place for couples to retreat and relax😌 Beach ⛱️ is steps from hotel. Beautiful white Sandie beaches. You will love ❤️ it.

Umbrella 25 and chairs 15 bucks were pricey for one day rental. Visit the local Wal mart or beach store and get chairs and Umbrella for the price of one day rental.

A variety of things to do and see , spacious amenities perfect combination to access pool, and beach, plenty of seating on beach and at poolside. Staff was caring and helpful. Must mention extra care and support from a lady at Customer Service desk by the name Delia she was amazing took time to show me where the booth to get my beach chair etc; the front desk check in was easy and efficient, Valet and Bell Man nice and awesome. Everybody pleasant.

The food I ordered from the bar was disappointing, not cooked as ordered and didn’t taste good, but the people was very nice. Also the bathroom tub in my room was a little dirty “NOT GOOD “

The resort was perfect for families. Two outdoor pools and an indoor pool for when it rained. The food in the lounge was good and there was a putt putt course in walkable distance so it was nice that we could be entertained enough without leaving if we had wanted. The rooms with the bunk bed was a nice addition and added some extra family space as well. We did need to change rooms and we did get a room upgrade with our view which was great. And the beach was very very easy to get to. Ordering food and drinks by the pool was also lovely. Overall, the resort was very clean and nice. Overall, we were pleased.

We had a few hiccups. The first room we checked into had several things not working. The TV remote didn't work and had to be replaced (no biggie). One bathroom sink wasn't cleaned and still had the previous person's shavings and spit in the sink. Plus both sinks were severely clogged and we had to request maintenance to fix. It was so clogged that they had to give us a new room. The new room was nice with a better view so that was a nice plus but sort of a pain that we had to pack up and move rooms. There was also some confusion by the breakfast staff on our paid for breakfast vouchers and I had to go to the front desk several times to get clarity. I felt like I became the 'crazy lady' to them because I kept having to ask for things to be fixed.

Beach was AMAZING!!! White, fluffy sand and clear water...what was not to love! He went on a charter and caught several fish that we had asked the hotel to cook for us. It was amazing!!! The chef was awesome! The staff that night could not have been more friendly and engaging!!

Staffing was a little slow. Especially during breakfast. We waited a long time for someone to sit us, then an even longer time to get something to drink. When we wanted to leave we never could find our server and had to track someone else down. They seemed very overwhelmed. Also, the two individuals who were checking people in were not the friendliest and seemed like they were angry to be there. Could have been the guest they were dealing with before us who seemed challenging, but then they projected their frustration on us.

The hotel was great. Lots of space for a family of 4 to relax in the room. Also enjoyed the outdoor pool and beach area with chair set up. Food was delicious and staff was friendly. Especially the servers.

Wish more of a food selection for indoor dining in the evening. Also wish when we got there someone had explained to us a little about the resort and how to find things, etc. We had to always ask questions like where do we get on the shuttle, how do these breakfast coupons work, how to reserve chairs at beach, etc. it would have been so much more beneficial for them to give a a quick rundown or have it in the rooms for first time guests.

Breakfast buffet amazing! Sushi(opens @4:00) is also great. Food was just great everywhere in this resort! Beach was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed a few games of volleyball(balls are free), so much fun. Fireworks our first night! The pool area is great, and relaxing started to rain for about half an hour, so kids just hoped into the indoor pool ; ) towels are always warm! Staff is super friendly and accommodating Mahamed, to be exact! I have 2 teenagers and a toddler. Everyone loved it! It's literally fun for the whole family! Had an amazing time. I'm a super picky person, but this resort definitely hit my expectations and some! Well done!

Razor was really pricey at the gift shop/convince store! So, just come prepared!

The room was extremely beautiful. It was a very large room and the bed was very comfortable those pillows on the bed were so soft. Everything you needed was right there. The best thing was the shower head.

The housekeeper for my room was not good. There was/is food under the bed when I stayed there that was there when I checked in. Other than making the beds they didn’t do anything. Trash left throughout the room, didn’t provide fresh/new drink ware. They didn’t stock the coffee bar completely ex. Cups no stirrers. The body wash was almost empty I could barely get anything out the bottle. Didn’t replace mouthwash or hand soap. And I need to mention there was mold/mildew in the shower. And the caulking was peeling inside the shower. The glass shower doors did leak. The side table was broke in the room also.

We had a perfect view of the gulf and pool area. We are both handicapped and had the use of a property wheelchair the entire time at no extra cost. And we also did not have to pay for valet parking. The bell service was excellent. Everyone was friendly. It is located near several really excellent restaurants including the one on site. My husband didn't want to leave he was enjoying the view so much. So I'll guess we'll be back! P.S. The Friday night fireworks were superb.

The long walk to the room but we're old. The cold water handle at the small sink didn't work (Room 734).

The food was delicious at the outdoor restaurant.

I think you need more bathrooms for everyone that’s outside. I didn’t like that you don’t have a courtesy room for showers for late flights and you charge $30.00 a person to take a shower in the Spa prior to your flight. Finally the cost of chairs on the beach was 45.00 a day and that’s insane. Overall our stay was nice but the pricing for $30.00 for shower, $30.00 for parking, $45.00 for chairs and $43.00 for three adult drinks is overpriced.
