Room good size, hotel gardens beautiful! Location right at start Jomtiem beach, perfect pick up and drop off spot for baht bus! Staff were lovely, pool fabulous (though couldn't get a sunbed!)

Sadly (for us) this hotel appears to cater pretty much exclusively for the Russian tourist, with a few Thai/Asian tourists thrown in....We were possibly the only English speaking tourists at the time of our stay, and we missed the opportunity for breakfast exchanges with others where u can swap tips etc...it was Impossible to get a sunbed, we were constantly trampled over exiting and entering lifts, breakfast, going through doors etc.....just a different culture and mindset which is not the fault of the hotel, but would probably not return ....

Location was excellent - pool and gardens superb ! The ‘refurbished room area’ was great - lovely room good facilities- no balconies in any rooms - bit of an oversight , but couldn’t fault facilities

Not enough sun beds for the size of hotel - hence most taken by 6.30 am !! And saved ! If you can’t beat them you have to join them ! End of the day the Thai’s avoid conflict ! So they won’t challenge people - fair enough that is the lovely part of the culture which I love /do just be prepared ! Lol - but the gardens and pool are lovely - wouldn’t bother with breakfast - it was ok but more Asian biased (no problem with that - and in fact that part was fine ! ) if you expect an English breakfast - accept croissants /toast /jam - Asian breakfast was great and I enjoyed it 👍🏻

It is a big hotel. The room size and the sea view from the room was good. Excellent wifi, decent breakfast, good bowling and pool facility. The gym and swimming pools are also quite satisfactory.

The housekeeping hasn’t cleaned my room at all. They haven’t even changed the towels in 4 days. There is no restaurant inside this huge hotel but one outside at the swimming pool has poor service. They don’t speak English there and have small selection of food. They brought me a “fresh” coconut that was sour and bitter but refused to change it quite aggressively 🤷🏻‍♂️

The hotel was a bit older but, really nice and clean. However the room was remodeled. Location was ok. Pool was really nice but water was cold as hell ( maybe they did changed the water a day after our arrival because at first day it was ok). The beach was just few meters from hotel, althou we did not like it that much same as the whole Pattaya but that’s not problém of the hotel :). Breakfast was great and lot to choose from. In the hotel there is Bowling and snooker but you have to pay for both of them to use and both are opened just till 7 PM same as the pool, which to us had no Logic, because at that time you want to spend the time outside and not inside the hotel.

Breakfast and pool I compared my stay to D varee and Goldan beach. The breakfast at Palm Beach is the best! I stayed twice at this hotel. I had been for a couple of nights, then I went to 2 other hotels and came back(because they had the most comfortable mattress and best food) When I came back, I got a room with a soft mattress, not like on my first stay, so i asked to change rooms to a harder mattress, and they changed my room without any problems)

The cleaning and maintenance are not great,but it's ok, as we have been in 2 other hotels and they are the same. Probably in this area the standard of cleaning isn't the best... (We have been in this area in 3 hotels, all under $ 100 cad per bight) The pool is big and clen (but needs some maintenance, some tiles are broken)

The awesome location, wonderful pool area and spacious and comfortable rooms and views of the sea. Breakfast was average and overall vibe was tropical and delightful

The decor in places was dated and maintenance and upkeep was required in certain areas but I can see that the Hotel is making strides to improve and modernize. The bus loads of guests were sometimes too rowdy. This Resort gets very busy. They had no cheese at all at breakfast and especially having a omelette without cheese is a tragedy of epic proportions.

Very good breakfast, beautiful pool, efficient & courteous staff, especially the senior Bell-person. Convenient location & beach access, nearby restaurants. Very commendable efforts at renovation. Very good shower temperature control, didn't get affected by water requirements of other rooms. Good idea to separate tour groups from the regular guests room-wise as well as for breakfast. Exceptional help from the lady attending the pool when my wife had a bad fall and got hurt. The Bowling Alley is unique, unfortunately I don't participate.

To reach the toilet paper in the bathroom is quite difficult. For elderly guests, such as ourselves, there are no hand-rails for the main entrance staircase, and the ramp is quite steep; also no handrails from the pool deck to the pool.

Drive down from the District of Surin. 6 hours. This place is fabulous. Great location & staff. Well maintained and managed. Plenty of parking. Has a great pool with wiews of the beach & ocean, and a bowling alley. Breakfast has many selections. The rooms & wings we've stayed in at this resort have neveral let us down. Clean & comfortably, and everything always works. Bathrooms are spacious. Ours always have a shower & tub, which my wife loves. Tv has a good selection of channels. The a/c and mini frig are always cool to cold. The beds are very comfortable.

Being moved from one room to another of less quality, for the same price, without consideration.
