Location by the corniche with nice see view, room are spacious, overall cleanliness is outstanding and staff very friendly. Breakfast is lavish, and all product tasty and fresh.

I didn’t like the price I paid. The room was advertised at less than SR500 and eventually I had to paid SR 1331 which I still don’t understand why.

All facilities were really good. Very large selection of breakfast like a brunch and different every day. Best breakfast. Staff very helpful and advising on local places.

We came as a couple and were not aware made aware we needed a marriage certificate even though been married over 15 years so this delayed our check in as we showed them our marriage pictures

Spacey rooms, great breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff, great huge and comfortable beds, large bathroom. Great communication with the desk before coming to Kuwait. They were really helpful in visa application (I needed hotel address details, that are hard to find and understand, if you're not Kuwaiti).

Funny, seems, their soap bar resources were gone. It was with toilets on the first day and then miraculously disappeared for the rest of the stayment, never showing up again :)

From check in to check out my 5 night stay at the Grand Hotel was perfect. Friendly front desk made my check in and check out easy, even with me amending my stay. Room was clean, tea making facilities, iron and ironing board, as well as a clean bathroom with hot and powerful shower. With the hotel's location it was just a matter of crossing 1 road to get to the promenade and get some exercise once the temperature had dropped. Would stay again!

Very good location, however, partial view would be better than full gulf view, as at night it will be absolute darkness. breakfast is very good suite size is very convenient, but few maintenance requirements to be taken care.

I've booked with two children and requested 2 babies beds. I've been informed once i reached the hotel that one is free and the other is chargeable. That should have been shared at the booking time. TV is not a smart one. Light fittings in the bathroom require maintenance. Toilet speakers are not working. no handle label for (no disturb / housekeeping)

The staff were all great. The food was amazing and so much to choose from. Big rooms with amazing view. Would definitely recommend the grand Hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait 🇰🇼

Everything was good. If you could add a coffee machine instead of American coffee only with breakfast, that would be better.

The View for sure is number 1 thing at this hotel, the room is also cozy and clean. I don't usually use internet at hotels, but since I am not local I used it and it was satisfying 👍🏼. The staff is very helpful and nice 😊. It wasn't my first trip, I stayed in this hotel 2019, and it's my first choice in Kuwait since then.

TV screen was small. The bathroom's toilet is not comfortable.

very quite nice place great staff very kind friendly especially the reception mr iqbal khan was very very helpful and a great gentleman with a great hospitality gave us a beautiful room with a beautiful sea view i even didnt want to go home thankyou to all staff and mr iqbal khan
