The hotel is clean, new and the view of the sea from our room was really nice. The employees in the reception, restaurant and the luggage carriers all are good and friendly. They gave us extra time after the checkout so we can pray. They gave us a complimentary fruit with 2 macrons for one day as we had some notes regarding the breakfast.

*The breakfast is limited, repetitive and some dishes are tasteless. I left a note regarding that and they told me that they've already made some changes but have to adhere to their standards as the meal is complimentary. Then brought free fruits and 2 macrons to my room. *Some areas in the hotel are petite or small, like the room and the lobby. *Although the hotel is fronting the sea, there is No private beach, and you need to cross 2 roads to reach the beach area. *The bathroom area doesn't have the proper decline for the water to be removed fast.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room service was incredibly fast and efficient, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The reception team was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. The room had a breathtaking view that added to the overall charm of the experience. Above all, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make guests feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a memorable stay!

An exceptionally well run hotel with lovely sea views. Everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed a swift check-in and were enormously grateful for a late check-out. We particularly enjoyed breakfast - there was a great selection to choose from including eggs made to order, fresh fruit and delicious waffles. Noor and her team ensure that service runs like a well oiled machine. Special thanks to Swabra for her gentle efficiency and the amazing Anas who appeared everywhere at once, ensuring that everyone's needs were met and his colleagues were assisted - a real asset to any team.

The location is excellent, close to the beach, and the hotel has a Starbucks that serves you all day, even though I'm not a fan of Starbucks. It is also near restaurants and other shops.

I understood from the staff that I need to request items that are not available in the room, like a toothbrush and toothpaste, and I also have to call the reception to ask for anything else. They don’t seem to pay attention, and I have to remind them constantly that I need something. Additionally, their service was slow during check-out. The stay was nice, but their behavior was frustrating, and in the end, I didn't like their treatment.

New hotel , Salmiya location , sea view room , very clean , reception staff at check-in and checkout very experienced and smiling and easy to deal with. Whenever I request a taxi, the security guards immediately call a regular taxi from the street while I am seated at lobby until the taxi arrive. Wonderful smell in the corridors. Housekeeping clean up every day the room and make it super clean.

On the checkout I had no cash to pay to the taxi heading to airport, hotel offered quickly paid out cash and took same from my credit card, which made me not to run to find an ATM machine and may miss my flight. Lady called Noor - at the restaurant very attentive, welcoming, offering to try the waffles which was so delicious, checking feedback every day about the food quality and what can be improved. Great staff member.

- Staff are so proffessional and friendly. The smile on thier faces are very helpfull. - Easy check in and checkout with the great support of Mr. Naim. He is a great person and understand exactly how he can support the clients. - Breakfast Staff are great and they are very keen that customer is aware with all the breakfast componemts. The lady over there welcome every and each table which give the family flavour. - The gulf view is fantstaic. - The rooms are super clean and comfortable. - .

- Having Starbucks is not the best option for coffee - Location is wonderful in terms of gulf view but is is far from the city center. - No commercial or food dining nearby. Mac is not really the perfect option

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel By Hilton Kuwait Salmiya. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. What stood out the most was the seamless coordination with the General Manager Mrs. Amira, who was not only attentive but also genuinely concerned about making our stay as comfortable as possible. Amira was very approachable and proactive in ensuring everything was in order throughout our visit. Thanks to Noor in-charge of F&B and Emma at front desk for being attentive and focus on customer. over all staff including even the security gives a pleasant feeling. the positive vibes of the team must be coming from the top management with the General Manager Ms Amira Bayram herself attending to individual customers.... special mention on the cleanliness of the property.

Very accommodative Staff. Though a weekend, yet they gave me extra hours for check out. Exceptional view of the beach & the bay from my room. Wonderfully trained staff for customer service. They meet & greet you to make you feel special. Namely; Naim Khan at the front desk, Noor at the breakfast buffet, another Arab lady at the front desk and the owner herself...I loved it
